This home features a spacious, open floor plan with vaulted ceiling and is adjacent to National Forest. 10 minutes to Flagstaff, NAU, or Williams, 40 min to Snowbowl, one hour to Grand Canyon. A quiet escape to relax, unwind, and get away from everyday life, or experience the high country outdoors. Whether you want to enjoy your morning coffee on the back deck with the calm and serene forest background, gather around the fire pit for great conversations and storytelling, or have a competitive ladder golf or foosball tournament with your friends and family, this home has what you're looking for in a warm, open, setting you're sure to love.
Bellemont is a small neighborhood about 10 minutes outside of Flagstaff with a few hundred homes, and a children's park with a basketball court. Plenty of trails for biking, hiking, or running too.
You'll get access to the entire house with the exception of the garage and a couple locked closets.
Please let me know if you are bringing small children.
Pets are not preferred, however if you must bring a pet, there is a $100 fee per pet, per stay. The pet fees cover extra vacuuming, hair removal, and floor cleaning, and does not cover cleaning up their waste. You are responsible for cleaning up their waste and not leaving any sign of your pets afterwards. Failure to clean up after your pets will incur additional cleaning fees.
There is ladder golf, and assorted board games available for use. Please keep the games organized so the next guest can enjoy them. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation!
