Why they chose this property
This property was a unique big house born in 1500/1600. It has been the childhood home of my father, and before the one of my grandpa, that lived there with his parents and four brothers. They needed a lot of space!
Now the house has been divided and completely renovated to welcome our guests and let them enjoy the wonderful sea view and the athmosphere of the ancient village of Monteggiori.

What makes this property unique
Monteggiori è un antico borgo medievale situato sulle colline versiliesi che si affaccia sulla splendida costa tirrenica ed ha alle spalle la meravigliosa natura delle Alpi Apuane. Il borgo è rimasto intatto, totalmente pedonale e per questo conserva ancora un’atmosfera d’altri tempi che vi regalerà momenti di puro relax immersi in una pace e in un silenzio quasi surreali lontani dallo stress e dai rumori della città. Situato in una posizione unica, lontano dal caos e dal traffico della città ma vicino a tutto quello che offre la zona. In 10 minuti di auto si raggiungono il litorale e le spiagge di Lido di Camaiore e Marina di Pietrasanta, in pochi minuti si arriva a Camaiore col suo centro storico pieno di ristoranti e bar. Pietrasanta, città d’arte chiamata “la piccola Atene” con un bellissimo centro pedonale, Viareggio e Forte dei Marmi con le sue boutiques si trovano a pochi km. Pisa, Lucca e Firenze distano dai 20 ai 50 minuti di auto. La zona offre tantissime possibilità per chi ama la natura: cascate naturali dove passare una calda giornata in relax, percorsi di trekking, sentieri. E ovviamente percorsi enogastronomici, visite alle cantine e degustazioni per tutti i gusti.
