Very nice place, a bit far from the sea but anyway a nice spot for your holidays, the host also told us we can use their bikes to ride to the sea, but we moved with our car. Host very nice and friendly, the place is cozy and the best part is, of course, the big garden outside where my dog was very pleased to run. The communication was perfect and Ian send all the details per mail! Recommended!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist gemütlich, der große Garten ist perfekt für Kinder und Hunde, und die Lage ist wirklich toll – Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen. Auch die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, und wenn wir ein Problem hatten, waren sie sofort zur Stelle und haben geholfen. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt: Auf dem Ventilator und den Regalen lag eine dicke Staubschicht, und in manchen Töpfen klebten noch Essensreste. Wir möchten dem Gastgeber ans Herz legen, hier künftig etwas mehr auf die Sauberkeit zu achten – dann wäre es wirklich rundum perfekt.

Een ruim huis met een praktische veranda. Wel wat gedateerd qua inrichting en meubilair. Het bed, badkamer, keuken en toilet waren op het oog schoon. De grote tuin is geheel omheind, prima voor mensen met honden, echter hou er wel rekening mee dat de buren een blaffend hondje hebben die bij het minste of geringste aan het keffen is, met name als er mensen voorbij lopen. Daarnaast woont ook nog iemand met een hond. Het huis ligt pal aan een straat met vrij veel verkeer, voor mij op zich geen probleem, maar als je echt rust wilt hebben moet je verder zoeken. Het in- en uitparkeren vond ik wel een probleem. Het is vrij lastig vanwege het verkeer in die straat (inclusief 2 bochten van 2 kanten) om de privé parkeerplek te bereiken en te verlaten. Verder lijkt het op de foto´s alsof je een heel vrijstaand huis huurt. Dit is echter niet het geval. De eigenaren wonen in het gedeelte erachter. In de tuin gescheiden door een rieten hek met een tuindeur.

La maison a des extérieurs très agréables et parfaitement sécurisés. L'intérieur comporte tout ce dont on a besoin. Sando et Tony sont très gentils et très réactifs quand on les a sollicités. Les vélos à disposition sont un plus. La localisation de la maison permet de profiter de la plage et de visiter des sites comme Pise, Lucques, Florence. Seul inconvénient, la chambre pour les enfants n'est pas isolée et il y faisait trop chaud . Nous avons du déplacer les matelas pour dormir sur la terasse abritée , ce qui a grandement plû à nos enfants. Nous recommandons grandement cette location.

Villa bifamiliare con un ampio giardino recintato molto bello ,il proprietario abita accanto gentile disponibile, nonostante il caldo la casa è molto fresca, silenziosa ,ci sono delle biciclette con cui andavamo al mare (10 minuti) ,abbiamo trascorso una bella vacanza grazie

Alles Prima!!

Alles war vorhanden - sehr angenehme Wohnung und der Garten ist Spitze. Wir konnten den Hund problemlos laufen lassen und der Garten hat eine gute Grösse, um Badminton zu spielen. Wäsche aufhängen, auf den Liegestühlen liegen, grillen- alles war da und in gutem Zustand.

appartamento molto carino, semplice ma funzionale. Bellissimo giardino e posizione davvero comoda per raggiungere il mare. il nostro host è stato davvero gentile e disponibile; a disposizione degli ospiti ci sono anche biciclette ed un comodissimo barbecue. consigliatissimo!

Schön war´s auf Utopia

Wir eine sehr schöne Zeit erlebt. Der Vermieter Toni lebt auf der anderen Seite des Hauses und ist immer ansprechbar, hält sich aber ansonsten zurück und ist sehr freundlich. Deutsch wird zwar nicht gesprochen aber für die Übersetzung ins englische ist sein Sohn Sando zuständig, der angerufen werden kann. Toni ist sehr umgänglich. Wir durften in der Nacht abreisen, den Gartengrill nutzen, wie auch die Fahrräder, wobei das natürlich keine Hochleistungsräder sind. Nächster Strand ist ca. 1,4 km entfernt aber dort muss man bezahlen. Nächster kostenfreier Stand (Spiaggia libera Le Dune) ca. 3,5 km. Der Stand ist super schön, mit Lifeguard und schönem feinen Sand. Wasser war super ohne Algen. Bäcker ca. 250 Meter. Supermarkt 1 km. Die Gegend um das Haus ist nicht mit vielen Touristen überfüllt, sondern es leben gewöhnliche Einheimische hier. Dadurch gibt es wenig Hotels oder hohe Gebäude aber man muss zum nächsten Geldautomaten oder zum bummeln etwas fahren. Die Sauberkeit ist so wie man sie aus Italien kennt. Es gibt zwar keine Klimaanlage aber einen Deckenventilator im Wohn-Esszimmer und einen Standventilator. Um 5 Uhr haben wir die Fenster geschlossen, weil dann die Hähne krähen. Ansonsten ist es eher ruhig. Die Autobahn A12 konnte ich nicht hören. Um das Haus ist eine wenig befahrene Straße. Der nahegelegene Flugplatz wird kaum benutzt. Das Haus Utopia kann ich also empfehlen, für Urlauber die auf das Budget achten und nicht in Urlaubshochburgen Ferien machen möchten.

Wir waren im Juli 2023 mit unseren beiden Töchtern und unserem Sohn eine Woche in dem Haus Utopia und haben es als eine sehr schöne Zeit erlebt. Der Vermieter Toni lebt auf der anderen Seite des Hauses und ist immer ansprechbar, hält sich aber ansonsten zurück und ist sehr freundlich. Deutsch wird zwar nicht gesprochen aber für die Übersetzung ins englische ist sein Sohn Sando zuständig, der angerufen werden kann. Toni ist sehr umgänglich und hat uns den alten Besen den wir kaputt gemacht haben nicht angerechnet. Wir durften in der Nacht um 3:30 Uhr abreisen. Den Gartengrill durften wir benutzen, wie auch die Fahrräder, wobei das natürlich keine Hochleistungsräder sind. Eigentlich dachten wir, dass wir damit zum nächsten Strand fahren, der ca. 1.5 km weg ist aber dort muss man bezahlen. Daher sind wir mit dem Auto zum nächsten kostenfreien Stand gefahren (Spiaggia libera Le Dune) der ca. 3,5 km entfernt ist. Der Stand ist super schön (wie an dem ganzen Küstenstreifen), mit Lifeguard / Rettungsschwimmer und schönem feinen Sand. Wasser war super ohne Algen. Die Gegend um das Haus in Marina Dei Ronchi ist nicht mit vielen Touristen überfüllt, sondern es leben gewöhnliche Einheimische hier. Dadurch gibt es wenig Hotels oder hohe Gebäude auf der anderen Seite muss man zum nächsten Geldautomaten oder zum bummeln etwas fahren. Nächster Bäcker bzw. kleiner Lebensmittelladen ist 250 Meter entfernt an der Ecke Via Poveromo / Via Stradella und gut mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Nächster Supermarkt „Conad“ ist einen Kilometer entfernt, am Ende der Via Stradella. Die Sauberkeit ist so wie man sie aus Italien kennt. Abgewaschen haben wir in einem großen Topf, weil der Proppen nicht schließt. Es gibt zwar keine Klimaanlage aber einen Deckenventilator im Wohn-Esszimmer mit offenem Küchenbereich und einen Standventilator ist vorhanden – den wir in dem kleinen Kinderzimmer aufgestellt haben. Übernacht haben wir sowieso die Fenster geöffnet, die wir dann um 5 Uhr schließen mussten, weil dann die Hähne krähen. Ansonsten ist es eher ruhig. Die Autobahn A12 konnte ich nicht zu hören. Um das Haus ist eine wenig befahrene Straße. Der nahegelegene Flugplatz wird kaum benutzt. Es steigen hin und wieder Hubschrauber auf oder mal eine kleine Propellermaschine – was mehr eine Attraktion ist. Das Haus Utopia kann ich also empfehlen, für Urlauber die auf das Budget achten und nicht in Urlaubshochburgen Ferien machen möchten.

Das Haus hat eine top Lage und die Besitzer und Vermieter wohnen direkt nebenan und sind super lieb und hilfsbereit. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und ist gut ausgestattet. Der Aussenbereich ist der Traum für Kinder aber such für Erwachsene. Als Kritikpunkt würde ich die fehlenden Fliegengitter zwecks sehr vieler Schnaken und ein paar mehr Handtücher wären schön gewesen. Jeder Zeit wieder

Soggiorno gradevolissimo in villa con ampio giardino e veranda. Mare raggiungibile in bicicletta in qualche minuto. Proprietà gentilissima e sempre presente in caso di necessità. Munita di wifi e tv. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e consigliamo senza dubbio una vacanza qui, da dove è possibile raggiungere in qualche minuto di auto anche Forte dei Marmi e Viareggio.
