This restored historic home is all new inside, with a nice backyard and patio, located between MSU and downtown, just 2 blocks from the Community Food Co-op. West Olive Cottage is managed by Bozeman Cottage Vacation Rentals, a local company with over 25 years of experience. Rules: this is not a pet-friendly home due to a strict allergy-free environment, so no service or emotional support animals are allowed. Modern and bright remodel with new furnishings and appliances! Fully equipped two-bedroom, one-bath home with parking, nice backyard, and a storage shed. Interior maximizes space, with closet space for each bedroom. The kitchen has soft-close cabinets, high-end appliances, and a workspace. The side door leads to the tidy backyard with BBQ and patio. Access to the alley and secure storage area for gear. Living room has a Roku TV and an antique secretary desk. Dining area seats four, with extra bar seating. Each bedroom has a plush queen bed, dresser, and closet space, accommodating up to four adults or a small family. The house is light-filled, super-insulated, with central AC and heat. The bathroom features a glass block wall and tub/shower, stocked with non-toxic EO shampoo and body products to reduce waste. Downstairs has Maytag machines and a large open area for storage. Great location, 3 blocks from Cooper Park, 5 blocks from MSU, and downtown Bozeman. This house has everything for great memories! I work in medicine but also own a permaculture educational farm just north of Bozeman.

Why they chose this property

I like to be able to walk out the door and sit by Bridger Creek, along the trails that border this subdivision. Plus I can ride my bike to town or to the local swimming beach. I don't golf but there is a great course right across the street.

I was able to buy this townhouse and finish it just how I have always wanted. It's built to last and equipped with top of the line appliances and furnishings. It has radiant floor heat which is the only way to go in Montana winters, plus it is well insulated and has high ceilings with great light.

What makes this property unique

Years of rental history and reviews prove it's a great place, especially near MSU and campus. This is a cozy house that is well designed and exceptionally clean. Nice patio in the backyard with bbq grill.
