Rosie's Retreat is the most perfect place for our small family to gather for a reunion. It was our 3rd stay. Everything about the property is welcoming. Our granddaughters are safe and have so much fun, inside and out. Becky is a great hostess and we hope to make it an annual event.
Clean, spacious, comfortable and well furnished for all your needs. Very family, kid and pet friendly. Great location and awesome mountain views. Easy access to stores, airport and the interstate yet not too close. Rural feel with horses and wildlife nearby. The host made sure you felt welcomed and at home with special touches like personal notes and fresh flowers. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to do it all over again.

It is great to hear that you had fun family time at Rosie's Springhill Hideaway! We are aiming to provide a home for the whole to enjoy and feel at peace. The yard is a special place to recreate. Thanks to your family, the badminton net is up! Our garden crew has prepared the flower bed for future planting and the underground sprinkling system is keeping the yard green. The picnic table is out on the patio with the charcoal grill ready for the next guests to enjoy. Come again anytime!
Happy Summertime!

We’ve been to 36 states and have stayed at multiple rentals, this was the perfect stay for Montana. The house had everything well stocked, was perfect for kids. It snowed the days we were there and the driveway was always cleared and maintained well. Quick responses by host. Heaters all worked perfectly, the residence is in an ideal location for Bozeman and airport. Stocked well for infants/toddlers. You can tell the host cares and puts effort into each stay.
Very relaxing. My daughter had surgery and we needed a place for her to rest for several days. It was quiet and provided the perfect place to rest.
The house was very clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable! Becky was great in communicating with us and we would all highly recommend her place to stay!
Great location, close to everything. We did lots of fly fishing on several rivers. The home was so inviting, It was stocked with everything we could possibly need. We got to meet the owners/host. Lovely people with such attention to detail during our stay. We can't wait to go back.

Thank you for your review and we are so glad to hear that you had a fine experience at Rosie's Springhill Hideaway. This is what we have hoped Rosie's would be; your home away from home and a comfortable retreat to launch from and return to while you explore this beautiful area of Montana and Yellowstone Park. Come again sometime!
Best of Summer to You,
Becky
We came from the East Coast and chose this property because we wanted to have a true Montana experience. We loved the idea of a ranch style house on a big piece of land with a view of the mountains ... from all four sides! House was as described and provided everything we could have wanted. I particularly enjoyed the vintage touches. Location was ideal to get to Bozeman, I-90, the airport and more. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Trina and husband were excellent guests, kept the home clean and neat and communicated well. Come again anytime!
Stayed 4 weeks. House was exactly as advertised, dated but very comfortable and clean. Large yard provided plenty of room for German Shepard puppy to play in and house was convenient distance from Bozeman and acceptable distance from Big Sky (~60 minutes). Well stocked and even had tools needed to keep our ski equipment in functioning order.
This is a great house in a great neighborhood. Rosie’s is a very neat, well organized VRBO, Becky made everything from check-in to check-out seamless. Having streaming for the little kids helped with keeping them busy, also having a yard to let them play was a big benefit. If we make the long trek back to Montana Rosie’s would be on our list to find again.

This is our second time staying at Rosie's and we love it so much. The accomodations are so comfortable with lots of room to spread out. We enjoyed the beautiful yard and surroundings and spent the afternoons outside relaxing and watching our little granddaughters play soccer and ride their bikes. Becky is a great host. We hope to return many times.

About the host
Hosted by Becky Sheehan
I am Becky, Owner/Manager of Rosie’s Springhill Hideaway and daughter of owner/ builders Len and Rosemary. My husband Carl and I raised our family in our current home in the center of the Gallatin Valley towards Amsterdam/Churchill area where Carl has had his pottery studio and gallery since 1983. We have loved years of hiking, skiing, biking, and driving around the beautiful State of Montana and will be happy to give you any advice or help finding what you would like to see and do in this area. We also have spent 27 summers as resident potter and assistant, with our children in Yellowstone National Park at Old Faithful. If you are planning a visit to Yellowstone we will be delighted to give tips and recommendations about what to see and do in the Park.
Why they chose this property
Rosemary was the owner of this peaceful property. She and my dad Len bought the undeveloped 10 acres in the 1980's, and finished building this, their last home, in 1993. He had had a lifetime of experience as a builder in Michigan and constructed this fine ranch style home as his last big project after moving to Bozeman; an energy efficient house with a pleasant arrangement for an active small family who enjoyed the best of Montana. They did do a lot of skiing at Bridger Bowl and Big Sky, played golf, canoed the local rivers, soaked at Bozeman Hot Springs, regularly visited the Museum of the Rockies and enjoyed the Bozeman Symphony concerts, and traveled Montana's back roads to explore this beautiful State. I was raising my little family with my husband across the valley, never imagining the years would bring us to when they could no longer live in this home. Dad and Mom have since passed on, but we still love this home, so rather then sell it, we have freshly prepared it for your comfort and enjoyment during your visit to beautiful Bozeman.
What makes this property unique
It's the amazing ever changing light and clouds on the nearby Bridger Mountains, the view of the Hyalites and Spanish Peaks to the South and the incredible breathtaking sunsets over the whole Gallatin Valley and the Tobacco Root Mountains to the West that will make you love being here!
