Good snowbird stay

Paul & Colleen were great hosts & responded well to any questions we had. Unit was as pictured / expected. Bonus to be so near the pool.

Winter in Scottsdale

We were fortunate to spend 4 winter months in Venu at Grayhawk. The 2 bed, 2bath king ensuites were comfortable, the kitchen was clean and well stocked, and the location of this condo was convenient to the 101, multiple golf courses and innumerable restaurants. It also overlooks the Venu Clubhouse and one of the pools. Communicating with the owners was quick and easy and we appreciated their many courtesies and suggestions to maximize our time in AZ. Would love the opportunity to stay here on a future winter getaway!

Great time in Scottsdale

My wife and I rented in Scottsdale to avoid winter weather up north. We enjoyed the activities that were available: pools and exercise facilities at the condo, desert walks and hikes, petroglyphs, desert botanical gardens, great restaurants and a variety of shopping malls and stores. The condo was very well equipped. Paul and Colleen provided more than the important basics. There were even scissors in the kitchen and in the desk drawer; a small note pad, and several pens, plus full salt and pepper grinders. There is a broom and a dustpan, plus a very good steam mop. The only thing which would helpful to have is a vacuum cleaner. Paul was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. We couldn't have asked for better hosts!

Great place, nice amenities, perfect location

I would stay at this property again if the need arises. The property manager was terrific. The unit was clean. The location and amenities were amazing.
