Just two miles from Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, this well-kept cozy retreat will give you peace and quiet while providing a central location to visit many outdoor destinations that northwestern lower Michigan is famous for. The house features a main loft bedroom, cathedral ceilings, newly remodeled bathrooms and kitchen, a spacious deck facing west, and close proximity to Leland ("Fishtown"), Glen Arbor, and just 15 minutes from Traverse City. The retreat is within walking distance of "The Old Course" at Sugar Loaf golf course, and there are a number of other outstanding golf courses within 20 minutes of the house. Countless diversions include hiking, fishing, biking, kayaking and canoeing, wineries, and a "foodie" mecca in Traverse City. Closest thing to Paradise on Earth!
