Escape to this 3BR/3BA, 2 balcony, 1400 sq. ft. condo end unit is located at the Terrace at Pelican Beach, centrally situated near numerous restaurants, shopping, and Big Kahuna’s Water and Adventure Park.

With a maximum occupancy of 8 people, the master bedroom offers a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom includes a full-sized trundle bed offering two full-sized beds, the third bedroom has a queen-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, and the living room offers a queen-sized pull-out sofa sleeper providing a great variety of sleeping arrangements.

Impressive views from the wrap-around balcony on the eighth floor provide a view of the Gulf and the downtown Destin skyline. The master bedroom also offers access to the wrap-around balcony and the third bedroom has its own balcony with a beautiful view of downtown Destin. A private beach boardwalk only five minutes away offers easy beach access with no streets to cross.

A fully equipped kitchen features all new appliances including a full-sized range, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Also includes a coffeemaker, toaster, and complete kitchenware. A full-sized washer and dryer are also located within the unit for your convenience. The dining room table seats six, with four bar stools at the breakfast bar to offer plenty of seating for family meals. The third bedroom has a mini kitchenette including a mini refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffeemaker, and toaster. The unit has free high-speed internet, cable, 4 wall-mounted flat screen smart TVs.

Outdoor amenities at the Terrace include heated pool, hot tub, exercise room, and grilling area. Shared amenities with the Pelican Beach Resort include two heated pools one that features zero entry, two hot tubs, children’s pool, indoor/outdoor pool, tennis courts, exercise room, sauna, and steam room. Further amenities just steps away are a Tiki bar and a Café, providing food and beverages for the pool and beach.

While our cleaning service provides you with an initial supply of paper products, kitchen cleaning products, hand soap, and trash bags, we recommend you bring additional paper products, dish washing liquid, laundry soap, beach towels, sunscreen and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation!

Girls Destin Getaway

We had a great time here. The condo was immaculate…exactly as pictured…and centrally located to everything!! Restaurants, grocery shopping, beaches, activities…everything within 2 miles. The beach was a quick walk and plenty of pools to choose from. We would definitely love to stay here again!!

Amazing Stay

We have experienced wonderful stays at Pelican Beach Resort over spring break for the past 3 years and this time was no exception. This is our first stay in this condo and the property manager was very responsive and easily accessible . The condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable with amazing views . Our trip included my husband and myself, our 3 children (14, 13, and 9) and our parents. Would definitely recommend!

Our only issue was hot water not working in half the unit. We called front desk and they had maintenance come and he just had to reset the hot water tank.

Our stay was very enjoyable and the condo exceeded our expectations. There were 3 of us and we were excited that we each had our very own room and our own bathrooms put the icing on the cake. The rate we paid was pleasingly economical, perhaps we booked at the perfect time. It had shops, entertainment and restaurants so conveniently placed. The beach was in walking distance, we were not given the beach gate code at check in would be my only issue but not major. Overall, It was a great experience.

Nice view

My favorite thing about this condo was the view from the main balcony. We could see boats, parasailing, helicopters, and fireworks right from the balcony. While it was also nice having 3BR/3BA they were not cleaned properly before we checked in. One of the beds was not changed (that I know for sure) and at least one shower wasn’t cleaned. The floors were also not mopped despite not letting us check in until 5pm. We were told check in was anytime between 4-6pm. The beach is over taken with rental chairs and will not allow you to set up in front. If you don’t rent chairs a week in advance you are several rows back from the water. The Pelican cafe is a nice touch that delivers to the rental chairs.You are limited to two parking places but there isn’t an additional charge for those two spots. Overall nice place but I personally wouldn’t rent here again during the busy season.

Clean, good sized, perfect for family vacation. There was about 12 hours where one of the elevators wasn’t working, and the community gas grills were dirty, but this rental itself was absolutely perfect!

Wonderful place

This was a wonderful spot for our trip to Destin. It was very quite, friendly people around us. The walk to the beach was very short and the pool was just a hop down the elevator. We enjoyed the condo with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Loved that 2 rooms had connected bathrooms.
