About this property

Typical Landaise villa with swimming pool

Located in the center of Seignosse Bourg, 5 km from the beaches of Hossegor and Seignosse and close to small shops, this typical Landes house is perfect for a good family holiday close to the sea. A 5 km cycle path through the forest leads to the Penon beach in Seignosse Océan. The Seignosse golf course is 3 km from the house.

The house and the swimming pool have just been renovated.

On the ground floor, you will find a large room with sofa, a large table that turns into a pool table, a large screen TV, an Xbox and a fireplace. A fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction hob, fridge with freezer) completes this large room. Next to this large room is a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, as well as a utility room with washing machine.

Upstairs you will find a bathroom with toilet and sink, as well as 3 bedrooms, all furnished with double beds (160 cms) and a wardrobe. There is also a large mezzanine with a 160cm double bed (fairly low ceiling).

In the unopposed garden, you will find a summer kitchen with barbecue, a terrace for dining and an outdoor shower. You will also have a large wooden terrace around the round swimming pool, 1.4 m deep and 5.6 m in diameter (facing south) to relax.

3 bikes are available in the garden shed.

Calme et bien être à l’océan

Une maison hyper agréable, pratique, bien équipée, à côté de tous les commerces et en même temps au calme. Tout est faisable à vélo avec les pistes cyclables. Piscine et terrasse au top. Communication facile avec Olivier toujours disponible. Un super sejour.

Très bon séjour en famille

Maison parfaitement conforme à l’annonce. L’extension récente apporte un vrai plus avec beaucoup de lumière dans la pièce de vie. La maison est très bien équipée et propre. La piscine avec sa terrasse est un plus bien agréable. La communication avec le propriétaire est très facile et Cathy est une aide précieuse sur place en cas de besoin. Le voisinage est calme sauf les soirs de la fête de Seignosse 😜 Les pistes cyclables sont au coin de la rue ce qui est très appréciable. Au final, nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille et nous espérons pouvoir revenir.

Très agréable séjour à Seignosse dans la maison d d’Olivier

L annoncé correspond très bien à la maison. Le propriétaire est très agréable et au petit soin. La maison est bien adaptée pour 2 familles avec enfants sachant déjà nagés. Maison très fonctionnelle (idéalement, il faudrait une deuxième douche à l intérieur pour que ce soit parfait).

Excellent séjour dans une très belle maison. Nous étions 8 amis en vacances, la disponibilité de 4 chambres était très appreciée, et la disposition générale de la maison aussi. L'espace piscine est génial pour passer les après midi sans la plage ! Y retourner sans hésiter

Excellent séjour de 2 semaines en famille "élargie" qui a répondu aux attentes de tous ses membres !

La propriété est bien située, dans une zone résidentielle calme. Le jardin est assez grand pour permettre aux enfants de jouer en toute sécurité et la piscine, d'1 mètre 40 de profondeur, a fait le bonheur des petits et des grands. La maison est lumineuse et agréable, de taille parfaite pour les 5 personnes que nous étions (3 adultes et 2 enfants). Facile à vivre, elle offre tout le confort souhaitable: cuisine bien équipée, électroménager neuf, lits très confortables, l'esprit IKEA y fait merveille! Les jeux de société à disposition nous ont fait passer d'excellents moments, de même que le billard! Le lieu le plus apprécié de tous a été la terrasse , avec le barbecue qui nous a permis de déguster des grillades mémorables! Quand aux aspects pratiques, tout a été facile, depuis les contacts sympathiques avec le propriétaire,Olivier, jusquà la voisine avenante et serviable qui nous a accueillis. Bref, d'excellentes vacances , rangées dès maintenant au rayon des très bons souvenirs...

What makes this property unique

The house is located in the village of Seignosse, about 5kms from the sea and his fantastic beaches and waves. The beach is accessible by bike through a dedicated bike-path. Seignosse Golf is only 4 kms away and is in between the sea and the village.

The house has all you need to spend a great vacation including a Billard and a dedicated Swimming pool in a closed garden without insights.
