Hi there! I am a Midwest transplant who moved to Charlotte about 5 years ago. In my free time I enjoy outdoor activities such as fishing, hiking and camping, theater, exploring the local brewery scene, grilling out and being involved in my Church.

My wife Sarah and I have multiple vacation rentals throughout Charlotte and love creating great experiences for guests and look forward to hosting your group.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this home from a Church who was using it as Woman's Shelter at the time but had previously been an office building. It needed a lot of work but we were up to the task (with our contractor)! We gutted the majority of the home, removed walls, replaced HVAC and finished the basement. It is such a unique home because it is setup perfectly for vacation rentals with 8 bedrooms and plenty of space for groups to gather.
