Cozy, quiet, 3 bedroom home situated just above the Yaquina Bay and only 10-15 minutes from the Oregon Coast! Wrap-around deck affords a fantastic view of the bay and perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning! King size bed in the downstairs bedroom and 2 bedrooms upstairs, the first one with a double bed and the second with 3 twin beds. This home has a woodstove so bring some firewood if you choose to use it. There is also a large firepit perfect for family bonfire nights!

Very quiet and somewhat secluded. Old cottage built in 1940 with more recent upgrades. We would stay there again if we are in the area. The owners took care to make it family friendly with beach and nautical accents.

We absolutely loved this spot. The scenery was beautiful and it was so fun to watch the deer eat apples at the neighbors. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck. Such a cute place, very comfortable and cozy. It was also impeccably clean. We would most definitely stay here again.

We come the area every yesar. This year it was so celebrate our daughters 2nd birthday. I loved the sound if the outside. Seeing the birds and the deers. Enjoying family time, going to the aquarium and watching the fireworks on the bay. The only thing was outside furniture had to be cleaned off cause of spiders and stuff not a huge deal.

Excellent summer vacation getaway

My family and I stayed at Yaquina Bay House for 2 weeks and had a very relaxing and restful stay. The Oregon coast is really beautiful and Toledo is a great location for getting to a lot of it. The house was extremely intimate for a large family, but comfortable. I recommend this property for anybody wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city to enjoy some of the peace and quiet of small town life.

Beautiful house close to the coast!

Myself, my husband, and our two 13 y/o’s stayed here. It was a great experience! It’s quiet, in a lovely area within walking distance to the river, and has chickens and deer across the road! Bed was super comfortable, windows were a bit janky but not an issue.

This home has been in our family for over 25 years. It has always been referred to as our coast house! We are actively restoring and renovating the house so your help and understanding is appreciated!

Why they chose this property

We are located close enough to town for gas and groceries, yet the house is quiet and deer often wander into the yard! Staying at our family home is like taking a few steps back in time... Be prepared to hand wash your dishes while gazing out our kitchen window at the beautiful sunrise!

What makes this property unique

The weather is usually much warmer at our house on the bay than at the beach. A dock is within walking distance and a perfect place to put a kayak or canoe in the water. We have a firepit for storytelling and s'mores around the fire. Be sure to look for the millions of stars in the sky!
