Majestic Views has 8 bedrooms feel free to bring the whole family, there is enough living room space to accommodate everyone. Invite the whole family for a reunion or your colleagues for a fun get together. After spending the day exploring Gatlinburg, return home to unwind in the hot tub or enjoy a game of pool, or relax in front of one of the twelve flat-screen televisions and watch a movie. Book with us right away and make a reservation!
Majestic Views can accommodate 22 persons.

Cabin Assistance/Emergency/Housekeeping: Once you arrive at the cabin, please let us know if you need assistance with anything. Please contact us right away. We have a dedicated cleaning and maintenance team available to address any concerns.

This cabin is located about 16 miles from downtown Gatlinburg with easy access to Pigeon Forge. Enjoy any of the several local wineries, or make it an adventurous vacation by taking advantage of all the outdoor activities the mountains have to offer from biking, hiking, tubing and rafting, to scenic driving, shopping, or visiting one of the location events, amusement parks and more!

If you decide to leave your mountain paradise you will find you are not far from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Hiking at Greenbriar, or all downtown Gatlinburg has to offer. You are also a short back road drive away from the heart of Pigeon Forge where you can enjoy Dollywood, Dolly's Stampede, or Beyond the Lens. So no matter what you are looking for in a vacation.

This amazing log cabin is located away from the hustle and bustle, but not too far out.

With a staggering multi-million dollar view, this beautiful Retreat features 8 private King Bedroom suites. It has 3 Levels with Extra Large Wraparound Covered Porches, is secluded and gorgeous inside and out!

The Retreat also features a New Hot tub, wrap around decks with beautiful mountain views. Majestics Retreat can accommodate 22 persons.

One of the best and most efficient ways to get around Gatlinburg is by using the Gatlinburg Trolley system.

Uber, Lyft and maybe a Taxi
It is possible to book an Uber or Lyft but not guaranteed. You can also find taxis in the area.

Another easy and fun way to get out and see the city is by renting a scooter!

Enjoyed the Cabin

We had family from several different states meet at this cabin for 5 nights. It’s a beautiful cabin up the mountain, with nice views on the deck of the woods and mountains. We had a Momma Bear and three cubs visit one evening which all guests were absolutely stunned and a memory of lifetime. Highly recommended this place for a large group.

New Year with family

Enjoyed our stay because entire family was together. The cabin needs some updating and actually some tlc wouldn’t hurt. We needed maintenance there for a few problems, however they were pretty prompt when called. I must say that the view from back deck is spectacular. The snow covered peaks on our last day there made it even better.

We had a party of 11, there was so much room for everyone! Seating inside and out, a larger sized hot tub, and a bedroom for all couples and singles, with extra couch pull outs if needed. Really enjoyed our stay here, it was a simple process and so beautiful! Would recommend to anyone.

WOW!

The views were amazing! The house was secluded and spacious with plenty of parking. Everything was perfect for our group. The king size beds were a plus and comfy. Really loved the large hot tub. We only had to call maintenance once for help with tv remotes and Justin answered us promptly. We will book again soon!

Host was not accomodating, hard to reach, did not respond well. Amenities were not as listed. Listing show amoires and there was only one storage rack for each room, one of us had to put our suitcase on the floor, not ideal for the money you pay. The hot tub jets were not working, it was like a hot bath tub. I called to let them know on Friday morning and I was told a part was going to have to be ordered so I would not have an acutal working hot tub. The cost of the cabin was alot and we looked specifically for a cabin with a hot tub only to have it not working. I was told they were not informed by the cleaners it was not working. I spoke with who I assume is the owner and she did not offer an apology nor a partial refund. And to be honest, the cabin is very underwhelming with a lot of delayed maintenance. DIning room and living room were able to accomodate our party of 14 and the views are stunning! If you are a clean person, you will not enjoy this cabin, we had to clean out the washing machine before we could use it, there was black stuff all around it. Dishes, mainly pots were dirty coming out of the cabinet. I would not recommend this cabin.

Perfect layout for our family; 8 bedrooms with king beds and private baths were great; kitchen adequate with 2 stoves and 2 frig/freezer (missing a wine opener); narrow winding road to spectacular view of the mountains (not good if it snows); porch around entire house was wonderful. Need to update directions to cabin in case GPS does not work; GPS worked for us but we would have had difficulty with directions given.

Poor communication

I reached out about the hot tub not getting hot. They responded once and never again after me having to reach out again and still nothing. Which was VERY disappointing because this was one of the main reasons we selected this cabin. The hot tub did not get hot and only one jet worked. This is where I planned to spend most of my time and was not able to utilize it. There should have been some note that the hot tub did not work and I would’ve have picked another location.

The home itself is generally a nice house. Plenty of space. The issue we had was mostly the lack of commmnication. We had an issue with the plumbing when someone showered the water dripped through the floor/ceiling on to the tv and fireplace. We called /texted/emailed and never got a real response. Hot tub was hot but there was no spa to it. If the jets aren’t bubbling then you are just in a bath tub. The lighting is all LED but there were missing bulbs in several fixtures and the bulbs were all different colors tones so your go from warm white to bright white and get blinded as you walk by. A couple of the showers had visible water damage. I’d be worried about future mold. Any of my opinions could have easily been changed and reassured if any form of contact outside of the canned welcome and enjoy your stay emails. I got more help with how to leave a 5 star review. Very disappointed in not being able to enjoy the video game and spa properly. We did not get what we were promised. Also who tells their guests to leave the linens on the bed. That makes me feel like you reuse bed sheets without washing.

Beautiful view. Lots of room for extended family. Property needs a deep clean and maintenance throughout. Dirty does he’s, refrigerators, cabinets some moldy kitchen accessories found put away. Light bulbs out, broken handle on stove, broken spindles on deck. Hot tub cover and several chairs blown down hill from property. Basement door does not lock properly. Dryer took multiple cycles to dry. We had to clean both refrigerators before putting food in them. Also the day we arrived we had to run to the only local store and buy kitchen utensils to prepare Thanksgiving dinner the next day. Pack what you will need to cook with. The view is amazing and this cabin could be amazing after a deep clean and complete maintenance. We had a great time together and would recommend for large families.

NoNOT SANITIZE! Not a woman of her word.

Nasty. Floors not sweeped or mopped. Somelse her in my restroom. The plumbing in room 4 didn't work. Refrigerater, microwave and stove was not cleaned. Couches was nasty with stains. With that been said you know it was not COVID SANITIZE. We bought our own cleaning supplies to sanitize but the house was just nasty. Rings around the comode. I wasn't going to leave a review. She said she give me my cleaning back which she DID NOT. Some people just get over on people all the time. Well enjoy

When the owners purchased the Heavenly Views Resort in 2019, they were and are convinced that they have found the 8th Wonder Of The World. Pictures and videos do not give this resort justice. You must see and witness the majestic mountain views, the wonderful serenity, the awesome amenities and the vast amusement attractions for individuals and families. You will find few if any other resorts/areas in the United States that compare or come close.
