Place was nice for the price but had to contact the host during the night because the guests staying on the other side of the wall sounded like they were inside our room with us. After contacting the host, they other guests were asked to keep down the noise and I really appreciated that. Close to the beach and dog friendly with a fenced yard which was very nice!

Excellent location, just steps to a very nice powder sand beach. We Really enjoyed everything about our stay, from the fresh & clean ocean vibes in our room to the convenience of finding dining and other entertainment within walking distance .

Calm and nice

We rented this out for just a couple of days, but everything was clean and tidy. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet as well. We enjoyed it since it was calm and the host answered any questions we had and gave us a detailed list on how to check in and out, so we had no issues with that. If available we would stay here again!

Dirty experience

When we arrived at 1:30am we walked into a room that had not been cleaned. Bed was not made, dirty towels in the bathroom floor, floors covered in dirt & hair, no clean towels, no toilet paper. We literally laid on top of the bed linens and covered up with beach towels. We were up & down all night because we just felt “dirty”. And because it was so late when we got there it was hard to find another place to go. So, I emailed the host and he answered me around 8am & said he could send his cleaning lady but I said no I want a refund & do not want to stay here. He offered me half of the one night stay & the cleaning fee. I was thinking ummm I’m willing to pay for the one night but refund me the rest of my money. He said they have a strict cancellation policy and I said I understand that but I also expect to show up to a place that has been cleaned and fresh linens on the bed and clean towels. We couldn’t even take a shower and had been on the road for like 8 hours. He finally agreed to half of my money back (which I think is still unfair) but I agreed to it. It was a terrible experience.

This is not the standard we hold ourselves to, and we understand how upsetting it must have been to walk into a space that was not properly prepared for you, especially after a long day of travel. As soon as we were made aware of the situation, we immediately offered to send our cleaner to address it right away, though we understand you preferred not to stay. We worked with you directly to provide a refund, and while we do have a strict cancellation policy, we made an exception to try and make things right. Since your stay, we have taken proactive steps to ensure this does not happen again. We’ve added an additional layer of verification after every turnover to confirm the property is cleaned and fully stocked before guests arrive and an additional notification each morning to ensure cleanings are not missed. We sincerely regret that your experience fell short and appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve for future guests.
