Come back to the house for a pit stop, lunch break, etc. Forgot something? No worries, it's a 3 minute round trip and you're back basking in ocean splendor. If you're adventurous, bring a 4x4 and purchase a beach pass so you can do off-roading , fishing, and sightseeing via Smith Point. MAIN HOUSE - "Crazy Love":
Upside down house a stone's throw from Madaket Beach! The spectacular second floor living space includes a wraparound deck to take advantage of dramatic ocean views in all directions. The second floor’s open living concept connects the living room, dining room, kitchen, and outdoor deck spaces. Take particular note of the dining room table next to large all-glass bi-fold door accessing the upper level deck for spectacular views and exceptional indoor/outdoor living. The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances (Wolf, Sub-Zero, etc.), marble kitchen island seating, and more. The living room boasts large flat screen TV, surround sound entertainment system, and wet bar.

Main house has 3 bedrooms on the first floor: Large Master Suite with a king bed and en suite private bath (soaking tub and shower) and direct access to outdoor shower. First guest room has a queen bed (ocean views!), private en suite full bath, and access to wrap around deck. The third bedroom has twin bunk beds and a single twin. Overflow sleeping on pullout couch in basement.

First floor porch has a wraparound deck that offers a hub for activity. Outdoor furniture, porch swing, and access to lawn and ocean views make this perfect for memories with family and friends.

BUNK HOUSE - "Always On My Mind":
There is something that can't quite fit into words about the magic of the bunk house. It oozes beachy vibes and there's a certain romance to spending time in this gorgeous space. Room for two in the queen bed in the loft and a family could have a child or two stay downstairs in the pullout couch. Flat screen TV, dining room table, fridge, etc. ensure creature comforts are well tended. The large barn doors open wide to welcome in views of the beach and coastal air. The outdoor half bath is cute, while rinsing in the bespoke outdoor shower under the stars or after a beach day is divine.
