Beach Front Pine Point Vista Condo with Outdoor Pool Old Orchard Beach Maine

DISCOUNTED RATE BECAUSE OF LAST MINUTE CANCELATION FOR JULY. Beautiful beach front 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the quiet side of Old Orchard Beach. My family and I have used the condo to visit with my Mom over the years, who lived in OOB during the summer months, and now offer this lovely spot for your use.

The unit is clean, safe, convenient and on the beach, has an ocean front heated pool, so if you like walking, swimming biking, beach combing this is the place for you. It is close to Pine Point so it is away from the activity in Old Orchard Center but convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, and less than a half hour to Portland.

The Condo has a dedicated parking spot (two spots if you pull up onto the grass as most of the residents do), with some extra parking available too, it is very safe and there is a nice core of social/friendly residents. The building has a key-code security system and is professionally managed so the grounds are usually spotless. The ocean front pool is great for swimming and sunbathing. Pool area has BBQ grills for use.
