a ten day stay

enjoyed our stay at this location the pool area is great, and has total privacy. The pool (because of no heater) was cold but we used it anyway. Some furnishing could be updated, but all and all we thoroughly enjoyed our time

Quiet getaway! If you like quietness then this is the place to be! Beautiful home and poo!

The home is located in a very nice friendly quiet community with a lovely pool. The rooms are nicely decorated, spacious, completely furnished plus all appliances etc...Privacy walls all around the property/pool plus a nicely manicured yard and shrubs in the pool area. I thoroughly enjoyed renting/living here for the past 2 months and having a nice home like this makes vacation all the more enjoyable.

Nice House with Horrible Management

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was trapped Stateside do to the pandemic and rented 2 months at this house (stayed 1.5). The house is nice and the area quiet. It has everything you could ever need in the kitchen. The beds are comfy and the master shower is great. There are bugs (cockroaches, worms, caterpillar-type things), but the house was sprayed while I was there. The HUGE downside is the management company (Down Home). They are absolutely terrible. I called and was told one thing, only to be told another when push came to shove. I even recorded my final conversation where I was told I could get my deposit 2 weeks after my early checkout and later was told that was wrong despite my recording. This happened more than once (Thus why I started recording!) The person answering the phone would tell me something and when it didn't happen and I started to argue, I'd be told that what I was told was wrong. This related to the pool being dirty, the solar panels leaking, bugs in the house, retrieving mail, and returning my deposit. All of these could be remedied if the management company was better. I can't decide if this is lack of training or just terrible customer service. Furthermore, when I finally reached my limit with the management company I had the misfortunate of speaking to Tiffany (I believe that was her name) who was unbelievably rude by interrupting and not listening. She even acknowledge I may have been told the wrong thing and yet there was nothing she could do about it. Thankfully, I transferred to management (Stacey) who was at least kind and understanding.Finally, I rented primarily because of the pool. The house owner has approved it only being cleaned once a week which is not enough. There were cockroaches and hundreds of gnats. I'm running out of characters but the pool company doesn't actually come (which I reported) and a neighbor even stopped by to say he had noticed it. The pool was unusable alot as a result. Down Home didn't listen to me when I

There are many features about this house that we especially like - the roominess of the house, the layout of the house, location to the recreation center, location in general, and every year updates are made to the house whuch are needed for an older property. Even though we cannot go in the pool because it is too cold, it makes the lanai a very pleasant place to relax. Downhome Properties goes above and beyond to help! (There are two snakes on the outside wall of the pool. Saw them last couple of days we were there) you can leave this off of display.

The pool area was nice, but the pool was green and not usable for a day. No instructions for use of some electronic equipment. WiFi only worked one day.

This home looks small from the outside but it is spacious with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, plenty of common space and a lovely pool with plenty of deck. Covered patio with fan to relax under at the end of the day. Kitchen is well-appointed. Very private and a wonderful getaway!

Not A Premeir Property

Pool was not usable for the first 5 days. We spent 6th day adding water and working with pool company to clean and bring pool to usable status. House filled with gnats when we arrived and every day we cleaned up dead bug from floors. Outside of home had green mold on siding. Dryer did not dry clothes. There was a clothes line pins in the garage for use.. Kitchen chairs were soiled and dirty. Well lived in home that needs TLC and upgrade.

Loved it!!!

I booked this home bc we needed a private getaway due to covid concerns. We needed to get away and be able to swim, but we're not ready to be out amongst crowds. This home was an answer to my prayers. Due to a miscommunication, the house was not readily cleaned upon our arrival so check-in was delayed. However, management corrected the issue immediately. Regardless, the house was great. Well lit, spacious, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, working fridge and air conditioning. The pool was very clean, the patio furniture was comfortable, (the umbrella table and chairs could probably use an update). My husband would have liked to BBQ, but one was not available, he did enjoy the patio rocking chair and ceiling fan for catnaps. Clean, quiet neighborhood with stunning palm trees and friendly neighbors. Lawn care and pool care were very efficient. My daughter really enjoyed herself, she didnt even miss the parks or beach. It was a stay-cation vacation! We fell in love with this home, and we hope to return next summer.
