la location est bien située, magasins et plage à proximité. Logement bien équipé, possibilité de faire un barbecue, terrasse agréable, juste un petit bémol dû sans doute aux locataires précédents, la vaisselle n'était vraiment pas propre. Sinon tout était parfait.

Bon emplacement, confort médiocre

Un appartement très près du centre de Villers, permettant de tout faire à pied. Par ailleurs, deux des trois chambres sont traversantes, les meubles sont anciens ou "cheap", mention spéciale pour le canapé qui est incroyablement inconfortable. Chasse d'eau défaillante, douche bouchée, invasion de fourmis. Un belle petite terrasse, seule plus notable.

Bonjour Effectivement les chambres sont traversantes tel que précisé dans l'annonce. La douche n'est pas bouchée et la chasse d'eau n'est pas défaillante. (IL y a deux wc Villeroy et boch et nous les traitons au vinaigre pour le calcaire très régulièrement.) Quant aux fourmis cela peut arriver au rdc au printemps du fait du jardinet et d'ailleurs on laisse du produit "au cas ou". Quant au canapé je ne sais pas de quel canapé vous parlez celui de la chambre est NEUF (acheté en fin 2021 et pas cheap du tout au vu de la facture) et le canapé du séjour n'est pas neuf mais il s'agit juste d"un canapé de salon (en cuir quand même) et pas un convertible pour dormir. Nous comprenons que le logement n'ait pas répondu à vos attentes , nous nous étonnons de vos remarques car nous vous avons acceuilli à l'arrivée et sommes venus à votre départ et vous ne nous avez rien signalé ni pendant ni après votre séjour. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est très bien équipé et refait entièrement a neuf. Très bon couchages également et petit jardinet très agréable.
