This includes hot tub, shuffleboard table, large wrap around deck, two fire pits, gas grill, cable TV/ Internet, & Horseshoe pit. This cabin is perfect for a get away with friends or family as you are located just 15 minutes to downtown Waynesville and only 35 minutes to Asheville. Waynesville, NC is a quiet mountain town with excellent restaurants, coffee shops, multiple breweries and shopping. Ingles Grocery & Publix Grocery are 15 minutes away! If you enjoy hiking, the eastern entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park is only 20 minutes away. If you enjoy skiing, Cataloochee Ski Area is only a short drive away. There are multiple public golf courses in the area and only a short drive to Harrah's Casino located in Cherokee, NC.

I can’t say enough about this property. We could not have asked for a better view, the home was spotless, communication easy. We had the most wonderful relaxing weekend!! I spent most of it on the porch just staring at the beauty!!

The views are gorgeous! Definitely worth the more than the 9 hour drive. The place is immaculate, spacious, and quiet. My family members, with ages ranging from 12 to 71, had an awesome time!

Excellent location for family get-together

The cabin is beautiful, and exactly as listed, including a spectacular view. Fully-equipped kitchen and plenty of gathering spaces. It’s not too far from grocery stores and Waynesville, a fun little town to visit with great shops and restaurants.

Great property

Really enjoyed this spot, had virtually everything we needed in the kitchen and all the bedrooms were great. Plenty of areas to hang out in and out of the house and close to town. Highly recommend staying here if you get the chance!

We had a nice weekend despite all the cold and rain. Check-in was easy. They gave us a code to the door. Everything was clean and the things we used were in working order. It’s a long way up to the cabin but it’s all paved which made it nice. They have Everything you would need in the kitchen. Even a food thermometer for the grill which was nice. We did use the hot tub which was relaxing on this cold weekend. We saw a bunch of deer but not bears. We used the big huge table for games and dinners and our group of six had room to spare. Thanks for letting us stay a few days.

Awesome place for family getaway in the mountains

Amazing location with incredible views of the blue ridge mountains near Rocky Mountain National Park. Spacious accommodations, perfect layout for our gathering of 6 adults and a baby. Relaxing place to hang out and also close enough to some great hikes and amenities.

A Beautiful Getaway

The cabin is beautiful. You can tell the owners take pride as it was clean and accommodating to our group. Coffee on the deck watching the clouds and scenery was breathtaking. Close to everything we may have needed in the small town and just a short drive to many hikes and places to see.

Incredible View and Peaceful Stay

The property sits atop of a mountain with a great view and beautiful property. The house is very spacious and has all that you need. Really enjoyed the fire pits and provided wood. Enjoyed our stay!

At the top of Utah Mountain Estates, we found our place. Breathtaking views and a quiet escape. A beautiful cabin large enough to bring together families and friends.

It is our goal to create an experience that is memorable. We hope you remember our cabin, but what we hope you remember even more is the time you spent with others.

What we love about our location is that it can accommodate a variety of “trips”. For those wanting to unplug for a few days and be uninterrupted, this is your place. For those wanting to go out and visit local breweries, this is your place. For those wanting somewhere to bring your grandparents and children, this is your place. For those wanting to plan a couples retreat, this is your place.

What makes this property unique

Privacy & accommodations. For being at the top of the mountain, it is quite unique to have usable flat space outdoors where you can enjoy a campfire, picnic & horseshoes. Our goal is to make your stay as seamless and feel as much "at home" as possible. To that extent, we have thoroughly stocked our cabin with the essentials to make this "plug and play".
