The cozy living room is designed for unwinding after a day in the mountains. Two large windows frame beautiful views of the Crystal River and the surrounding peaks, creating a serene backdrop from morning coffee to evening relaxation. A pull-out sofa sleeper provides flexible accommodations for additional guests. Please note there is no AC, but there is heat.

Please note: This unit is located on the second floor and requires one flight of stairs to access.

Kitchen and Dining
The full kitchen is well-equipped for preparing meals during your stay. Amenities include a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, dishware, and a Keurig K-Cup coffee maker. Complimentary K-Cups, cream, and sugar are provided so you can ease into your mornings with comfort and convenience.

We do not recommend planning to work remotely from the villas due to limited and unreliable connectivity. If dependable internet access is important for your stay, our villas may not be the right fit for your trip.

Rental Policies
This is a smoke-free property. The picnic table located in the front by the boulevard is the only designated smoking area on the property.

To help keep pricing competitive for lower guest occupancy, an additional occupancy fee applies for more than two adults.
