This property was just fully renovated in 2018. It has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 1,875 Sq/ft with high-end finishes, and all new furniture. With 4 queen size beds and a queen-size blow-up mattress, it comfortably sleeps 10. The backyard features a beautiful new paver patio with a pergola, outdoor shower, and a fire pit. Located at the front of the neighborhood, it is a 10-minute walk (0.5 miles) from Scarborough Beach. The beach is free to walk on but if you decide to drive, it's $15 a day to park. Towels and linens are provided!

Amazing Stay!

This property is absolutely amazing. Upscale features, spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, extremely comfortable furniture for sitting and sleeping, beautifully maintained and inviting grounds, friendly, accommodating and generous owners, and everything you need (except for your personal effects and food/drinks) -including bags of ice in the freezer - to feel right at home. Without hesitation, I highly recommend this vacation rental!

Great home for the entire family. Plenty of inside space with a nice yard for the grandkids. Neighborhood is just right for morning walks. Located within a short drive to three nice beaches.

Beautiful Beach House

This beach house was as described and more! Had a tiny glitch with the stove which was rectified within minutes of me texting the owner Robert. Absolutely spotless and well stocked! Hope to stay there again.

great summer getaway

Everything was just right. Clean well appointed well functioning home in great location - quiet neighborhood with access to beach and a trip across the bridge to Newport and short drive to Block Island Ferry. Lots of good local shops and restaurants are nearby, including farms with local produce. House was stocked with everything the owner advertised, generous with towels and bedding, and beach supplies, and games and even some books. The owner was exceptional with great communication and helpful with all our needs. We had a great time and highly recommend.

Better than we imagined

Fantastic property for extended family phone and relaxation. The house was laid out beautifully, the outdoors and indoors of the property are beautiful, and great care was taken of the property and in support of our preparation and enjoyment. We were super welcomed and super impressed!

Beautiful House & Wonderful Host

We loved this house. Everything was great. The backyard and multiple fire pits were a huge hit. Robert provided everything we needed including lots of games for the kids. It was a perfect spot for our two families (4 adults, 4 kids). Robert is a fantastic host and checked in to make sure everything was great. We enjoyed the quick drive to the beach and the awesome layout/decor. Can’t wait to go back!

Modern rental! Immaculate!!

Amenities were like a 5 STAR hotel! Great open floor plan for family gatherings! Owners take pride in property and were always able to assist with any needs! I would highly recommend this home😊
