Gulf Breeze Condos offer the most captivating view in all of Steinhatchee. Situated at the mouth of the Steinhatchee River, overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, these elegant units provide breathtaking sunsets as you grill and enjoy a cold beverage while watching boats of all sizes head out or return from the Gulf! The balcony is a tranquil place to enjoy your coffee or tea in the mornings, observe the lush Nature's Coast or lose yourself in a great book.
This relaxing location is the most convenient fishing and scalloping property in the area, as you can avoid having to travel through the “idle speed/no wake” zone in the river – meaning you will be the first to arrive and return from your favorite fishing or scalloping spot!
The condo is comfortably furnished and has a king bed in the master bedroom, which features a large master bedroom window overlooking the serene Gulf of Mexico. The master suite has a jacuzzi tub, shower, his/her vanities and toilet room. The second bedroom features a queen size bed, and the third bedroom is furnished with a set of twin bunk beds. The large, well-stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare your catch of the day.

Perfect for scalloping

Very well equipped luxury 3 br condo with gorgeous view. Pool overlooking the gulf . Great dock with assigned berth. Big ice maker great for the scallops. Will definitely try to stay there next year! Property manager was very responsive, flexible and helpful.

Fantastic little get away! Fish on!

Had a great trip and will return. The condo is fantastic and the location is the best in town. Dock was excellent and right next to the inlet. Be aware there is no internet, no problem for me but my kids missed it. They survived and managed to have a great time as well.
