These modern, picturesque, waterfront condos features a floating aluminum dock with a designated boat slip for each unit and a private ground floor tackle storage locker for anglers. For those looking to kick back and relax, start your mornings off watching the sun rise with coffee on the scenic balcony overlooking the scenic Steinhatchee River before unwinding in or around our riverfront pool.
Unit features a king size bed in the master bedroom, two queen size beds in the guest bedroom, in addition to a full size sleeper sofa in the living room. Each bedroom and living room comes complete with its own television.
Conveniently located just one mile from the Gulf of Mexico (five minutes by boat) on the south side of the river, condo units are situated right next door to Good Times Marina, which carries all of your fishing, boating and scalloping supplies.
Good Times Marina also houses the “Who Dat Bar and Grille,” where you and the family can enjoy great food and beverages – including cooking your catch at the end of the day!
If you love scalloping, fishing, or just relaxing on the water, this is definitely the place for you!

We had an amazing time at this property. It was an excellent place to stay for our annual scallop trip. The unit is comfortable, clean, and a great location. Boat ramp is just a block away, trailer parking is across the street, and the included dock space was perfect for our 25’ boat.

Weekend Scallop Trip

Very nice property, close to the boat ramp and trailer parking, also has covered parking which was nice... Perfect place for your base camp for scalloping or trout fishing.

It would've got 5 stars but the outside of condos could use a face lift but other than that the inside of condo was very nice and clean. The boat slips were nice and have power and water hose. The pool was nice after being in salt water all day.

Perfect Getaway

We go to Steinhatchee every summer to go scalloping. I am so glad we came across this property. The unit is beautifully decorated, spacious, clean, and very conveniently located. Yet it’s quiet and relaxing. It was also a big plus to have our boat located on property at the docks right behind the property. We were very impressed with this property and are already looking at dates to book next years vacation. Oh, I must add the communication with Emily was so easy and she was very helpful through out the entire trip from booking to any questions we had.

Enjoyable stay, great location

The condo was great. It was up to date, decorated nicely and overall clean. We loved having a private boat slip. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool. The plantation shutters were a nice touch! The only things we could think of to make it better in the future would be a receptacle (for charging trolling motor) and a spigot/hose at the slip- those would be fantastic updates! Thank you Emily for the quick communication & for permitting a late checkout option. We will be back :)

When we arrived, the condo was clean and neat but we were lacking toiletries, washcloths and laundry detergent. We were able to go out and buy all of these things, but this was the first VRBO where these items were not furnished. Just a bit disappointed

Annual Labor Day weekend Scallop trip

Perfect. Easy access to water, dock in great condition, condo was clean and beautifully decorated (love the plantation shutters). Elevator for unloading was a nice addition. Plenty of car parking, boat and trailer parking right across the street. The Who-dat marina and restaurant next door was fabulous. We were able to enjoy the pool in the afternoons and watch the sunset. Our only complaint had nothing to do with the property itself but the neighbors in the Salmon color home next door are really inconsiderate- played obnoxiously loud music until 3am. (Really really really loud)- was hard to enjoy the balcony because of it the last night.
