About this property

The Scallop Inn

Beautiful condo right on the Steinhatchee River, perfect location for fishing or scalloping or whatever your heart desires. There is a private dock with assigned boat slip included with the unit. Public boat ramp is conveniently located at the end of the street to launch your boat. There is also a public lot across the street to park and store your trailer. A fish cleaning station is located on the dock for your convenience as well a gazabo. Condo is well equipped with all the comforts of home including Cable TV, Wi-Fi, and new Memory Foam mattresses with plenty of fresh linens. Kitchen is fully stocked and has a Coffee Maker, Air Fryer, Kitchen Aid Mixer, Keurig and Ninja Blender. Brand new full-size washer and dryer in the unit. Newly installed security cameras on the exterior of the property. There are also plenty of wonderful restaurants in Steinhatchee if you don't feel like cooking after a long day of fun in the sun. Waters Edge is located right next door and has a bait and tackle store. There is an elevator in the building to help assist in bring up your belongings. No boat, no problem, Sea Hag is located right across the river, and they rent boats. Steinhatchee is a wonderful town to visit.

Great location with everything you need to enjoy a fishing week. The place is fully setup so you can just spend the day on the water. The new docks are great and the conditioned pool is refreshing after a long day on the water. This is not always the norm in the Florida summer. Will be back for a winter tournament.

Beautiful condo! Location was perfect with the boat ramp next door and private trailer parking lot in addition to being across from public trailer parking. We had a very convenient boat slip on the end also! It was a very nice and relaxing stay!

We recently purchased this unit after visiting Steinhatchee and falling in love with the town. We live full-time in Saint Augustine Florida and love to go to Steinhatchee to get away from it all and unwind. We love that there are no stop lights, no traffic, laid back atmosphere and everyone is so helpful and friendly.
