Suitable for 6 people; because of the (extra) large garden room, the living space and the kitchen are much larger than in other houses of this type. Everyone finds their own place and even when the weather is less, you can still enjoy the fresh sea air because both the west and the south side are equipped with sliding doors so that they can open completely and the sun can shine inwards.
A long dining table in this garden room. You can easily invite guests to enjoy the Texel mussels (mussel pan available).
Due to the extension, the kitchen (completely modernized) is much more spacious and in the kitchen island there is a sea of extra storage space and on the other side offers room for two people to drink a cup of coffee and to read your newspaper at your leisure.
In the kitchen there is everything you could possibly need, including spices e. d., dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, mixer fridge and 4 burner gas hob.
Wi-Fi is available for free and there are some games for children (and you)
Furthermore on the ground floor a spacious sitting area with flat screen TV and DVD player, radio with CD player, a modern bathroom with bath, shower and sink, a separate toilet and a bedroom with 2 single box spring beds and spacious cupboards.
A large dormer window has been installed on the floor, creating a second bathroom (new!, with large walk-in shower, sink and toilet) could be made. Both bedrooms have also become a lot more spacious and each has 2 single box spring beds and ample cupboard space. There is also a bed for small children as a free extra (115 x 60 cm) and a high chair.
The stairwell is secured with a child safety gate.
For lovers there is a nice stone barbecue with a wooden picnic table in the garden. And for the sun worshipers, there are sun loungers and comfortable lounge sofas in the spacious garden behind the house. But those who prefer to stay out of the sun can look for shade under the trees in the back of the garden or put a parasol at the lounge sofas.
In the heating room there is a washing machine for small and large laundry.
Those who want to explore the area can use 2 ladies' and 1 men's bicycles free of charge. There is also a small children's bicycle. You can rent more bicycles in the park.
The Krim holiday park is ideal for children, with many entertainment options and is traffic-calmed. There is an indoor, heated swimming pool and an outdoor swimming pool, a riding school, climbing course, restaurants, supermarket, laundry, playground and all in a picturesque setting. Next to the park is the 18-hole Texelse golf course, where our guests receive a 30% discount on green fee. There is also a 9-hole course for untrained players, also accessible without a golf license.
With the boat from Oude Schild on shrimp catch or eating a delicious fish is highly recommended.
