Our house is a detached house, on a dead end road, so quiet and exclusive on the edge of the park, 95 m2, spacious garden of 700 m2 with plenty of privacy.

Three bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor.
Fully equipped kitchen with large fridge, induction hobs, microwave, separate oven, dishwasher and washing machine.

Spacious bathroom with 90! cm shower. Wifi and TV available.

The park has a SPAR supermarket, restaurants, swimming pool and children's play areas.

For the swimming pool: there are (limited) day tickets available, depending on the crowds in the park. These can be ordered online via https://www.krim.nl/zwembad-de-krim#zwembadkaarts

Changeover days in consultation, during high season only Fryday / Saturday.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and spacious house. It is very well equipped, and the large garden is stunning. Everything you need is within biking distance, making it very convenient. We highly recommend this property!

Nice and quiet house

We had a wonderful time in the house, it lies in a quiet area in the de Krim park. The house is very well equipped, everything is there. The hostess is very friendly und uncomplicated and answers emails very quickly, many thanks for that.

Twee weken heerlijk uitgewaaid. Huis verder prima. Voldoende mogelijkheden en privacy om bij te komen van alle buitenactiviteiten. Ook fijn dat je dicht bij de Cocksdorp zit. Ruime tuin. Kleine keuken en living maar voor ons precies goed. Huis verder goed onderhouden en zelfs nog een aparte schuur waar nog twee fietsen passen.

Prachtige locatie

Wat een prachtige accommodatie op een prachtige locatie. Het huisje was superschoon, dat hebben we nauwelijks zo meegemaakt. Alles is aanwezig, ruim servies, wasmachine, keukengerei.We hadden alleen pech dat de wc verstopt raakte doordat er onder het park een verouderd rioolstelsel ligt. Gelukkig was dit snel verholpen na tips van de eigenaar. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug!verouderd riooraakte doo

Wunderschöne Ferien

Wir haben die Zeit im Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war super. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und frisch gestrichen, auch die Ausstattung ist klasse. Besonders genossen haben wir den Kamin und die Sonnenterasse.

Ruhige Lage in einer wunderbaren Anlage

Das Wetter war sehr durchwachsen, so dass wir nur zwei Strandtage hatten und auch nur zweimal draußen Frühstücken konnten. Zum Glück gibt es auf Texel und auch im Ferienpark De Krim genug andere Dinge, die man unternehmen kann. Allerdings muss man nahezu Alles Online vorher reservieren und es ist schnell alles ausgebucht. Wir waren nur eine Woche auf Texel, haben aber neben unseren zwei Strandtagen im Maritimen Juttersmuseum, im Ecomare, auf einem Kutter zu den Seehundebänken, auf dem Eismeerhof, in der Chocoletria und auf dem Leuchtturm. Es gibt auch jede Menge tolle Fahrradwege auf Texel. Wir hoffen auf besseres Wetter und kommen gern im nächsten Jahr wieder, Karin, Marie und Isabell

Perfekte Unterkunft auf Texel

Ein sehr schönes und ruhiges Haus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Sehr empfehlenswert auch mit Kindern oder Enkeln. Besonders erwähnenswert sind die überaus freundlichen und entgegenkommenden Gastgeber. Vielen Dank! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!!!

Das Haus war sauber und schön. Es war alles vorhanden. Nur die Propellermaschinen, die vor allem bei schönem Wetter über die Insel fliegen, waren störend. Teilweise war es relativ laut.

Super zufrieden

Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen , in einer Sackgasse. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Bei schönem Wetter kann man draußen sitzen. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön. Ein Einkaufsladen ist gleich in der Nähe. Zwei größere Autos können problemlos vor dem Haus parken. Müll/Papier/Flaschencontainer in der Nähe. Die Umgebung lässt sich mit dem Fahrrad oder mit dem Auto gut erkunden. Strand ist auch in der Nähe. Es ist alles 🔝! Danke für die Zeit, wo wir dieses ruhige und schöne Haus nutzen durften. Wir haben die Strandspaziergänge, die Natur, die Umgebung und die Besuche der kleinen Städte genossen.
