Sea Watch Resort was voted Discover Channel's best family resort in Myrtle Beach. This recently remodeled, three-bedroom, DIRECT OCEANFRONT, non-smoking unit offers great views of the Atlantic Ocean.

We have a beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bath, 15th-floor end unit, that offers breathtaking views with its 24-foot direct oceanfront balcony. There is also a second smaller private balcony for the master bedroom.

Guests have access to both the North Tower and South Tower pools.

Excellent vacation rental!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! There was plenty of room for the 7 of us. Furniture was comfortable both inside and out. View from the balcony was A ... Access to the beach is a plus for anyone looking for ramp style walkways for older and disabled folks. The attached parking deck was also a nice addition with plenty of parking. Plenty of restaurants/shopping very close by. If I had to complain about anything it would be the elevators because during check-in/out they are super busy, so expect to wait on holiday weeks for sure. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Wonderful Property

I was very happy to find this property available on such short notice. The overall location was perfect (quietly tucked away from heavy traffic of NMB and MB). The condo, pools, and beach were immaculate and the location to local attractions was perfect. We will definitely consider staying here again!

Beautiful views

This was our first time to Myrtle Beach and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The view was amazing. Every morning er watched dolphins from the balcony. The sunrises were stunning. We definitely would stay here again

Great Condo

This was our second year staying in this condo. The condo is spacious, nicely decorated, and clean. The property is beautiful with easy direct beach access. Jodi was great to work with. We will definitely be back for a third year.

Great Little Condo

There is a group of us that travel on fall break each fall. This condo was perfect for our small group this year. The location was good and the condition of the condo was great. We had a great time and would recommend this condo to anyone. Jodi is very easy to work with.

Spring Break by the Ocean

Best weekend ever!

The property is just as beautiful as the photos suggest. Being an end unit, the views are premium! There was plenty of room & seating for our family of six adults, for eating, lounging, and sitting on the balcony. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of closet space and dresser drawer space. So nice to step off the elevator and right on to the beach. Enjoyed walking down to Apache Pier. Arcadian Shores is a perfect location - super close to Tanger Outlets, Walmart, plus many other stores, restaurants and attractions.

Extea summer fun

Beautiful property! The unit is exactly as sgown in the description. Comfortable and well stocked with maby extras. The view from the balcony is gorgeous and the sunrise in the morning will take yoyr vreath away. The resort is convenient for shopping or taking in a show. Jodie is a dream to work with, she is quick to respond to any question you might have. We had a wonderful stay and hope to go back next year

Magnificent Views

This is our thirteenth year at Sea Watch and the views never get old. Awesome unit. I loved the balcony directly over the beach. It's rare to get a until with three bathrooms. That was a nice plus. Smaller kitchen than some units, but it didn't matter to us. We were also able to keep the curtains open most of the time in the bedrooms since they weren't in the hallway. Furnishings were updated. Floors and curtains looked clean which is my cleanliness marker. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would love to stay here again in the future.

Excelled my expectations; manager went above and beyond the call of duty

I had never stayed at Sea Watch Resort or this unit. We were supposed to stay at another resort but there was no vacancy due to hurricane Dorian reschedules. I saw this 3 bedroom with a corner view (my favorite) and available for my time... I contacted Jodi literally less than 48 hours before I would be checking in... She was at a funeral and still managed to answer all of my questions and concerns about the property and unit. When we walked in everything was very clean and LOVED the decorating. Everything isn’t the most up to date as far as counter tops (and I knew this from the pictures). But you honestly don’t notice with all of the updated decor; rugs, pictures, curtains, bedding.... etc; it was clean and very comfortable. There were lots of extras that I wasn’t expecting that was nice to have and convenient; since we stayed in September there were boogie boards (like 6) beach buckets and pool toys, even beach chairs..... we loved having a dehumidifier; sometimes beach units feel sticky; this eliminated that. There was also a backpack cooler in the washer dryer room that would’ve been great if we hadn’t brought ours. The bedding had super soft blankets and was comfortable; the middle bedroom is huge and every room has a bathroom connected! I had a couple minor concerns that I mentioned to her while I was staying there that I wanted to make sure I wasn’t charged for and she was very helpful and even offered a solution.... so that was awesome and unexpected. At the end of my trip I mentioned getting a bite. (Which was probably just a sand flea of some kind from the beach) but she went the extra mile and had the unit professionally examined and assured that it wasn’t bed bugs of some kind. (Huge peace of mind) So I can assure you Jodi will take care of you and has her tenants best interest and comfort of stay in mind. We enjoyed our stay very much and our time with the kids. If Jodi would have us we’d love to come again and since there’s plenty of space; might even bring some friends. Thank you for an amazing week! Oh and did I mention the view is gorgeous? And this is the closest to the beach we’ve ever stayed (most resorts have a pool separating the view; this is super close with the beach right in front.

Perfect for families

This was our first family trip. We have a family of 8, ranging from 1 year to 15 years old, and this area accommodated everyone. The condo was very clean and well kept. I love how close it was to the beach. The view is breathtaking! I chose this one not only from the pictures shown, but how everyone was saying the owner was great, and she did not disappoint! Jodi was beyond amazing with communication and made this trip as simple as possible. My family and I will be coming back here again for years to come!

Perfect vacation

This is an amazing unit with more then awesome hosts. Jodi is great to work with and keeps this unit in great condition. The view is amazing and the beach is great and very clean. Great area close to everything. amenities of the resort were great and very clean as well. My 5 yr old and two 9 yr olds loved all the pools, lazy rivers and hot tubs. Very family friendly.

We Have Found Our Beach House!

We loved this condo! We stayed 28 nights and felt like it was our new home at the beach. The views are spectacular and the location is perfect. You literally have to go out on the balcony to see the beach. Otherwise all you see out the windows is ocean. It is that close to the beach. Look out the window to the left and you see beach all the way past the Cherry Grove Pier which is 9 miles away. I know because I road my beach bike that far at low tide a couple of times. There are no tall buildings blocking your view, just a camp ground with campers. Jodi was very responsive and helpful. We didn’t have any problems with the unit so after the first couple of questions we didn’t have to bother her. We will definitely be back.

Our profile pic may not be the prettiest, but it is special because it captured the kids first time at the ocean. It was late fall and pretty chilly, but they were so excited. We want others to enjoy their family time as much as we have enjoyed ours through the years.

We chose Sea Watch in Myrtle Beach because of the family atmosphere of the property and all of the activities in the area. We enjoy vacationing there! We love the convenient location of the condo - it is positioned between Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach making it convenient to all of the area attractions.
