This quaint and cozy Ocean Springs home is nestled under mature oak and magnolia trees in an established neighborhood, only one and a half miles to the beach and 1 mile to downtown. Remodeled in May 2019, this home is 1000 sq ft & has a 250 sq ft screened porch with 7 person hot tub, huge backyard with fire pit and outdoor activities all under ample shade. This home has everything you need to enjoy your visit to MS. It is the perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway, PCS stay, festival lodging as well as weeklong vacations with friends and family.

The owner was wonderful to work with, very accommodating. The property was clean, comfortable, not far from downtown, roomy and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Plan to return to Ocean Springs and hope to stay in the same place!

We went to Dancing with the Stars in Biloxi. This place in Ocean Springs was conveniently located. We loved Ocean Springs and the house for our needs perfectly. The fenced in yard was great for our dog and the hot tub was an added bonus.

Best Little Getaway in Mississippi!

THis year we are visiting all of the National Parks on the East Coast. We enjoy meeting new people, experiencing new cultures and tasting exotic foods! Why they chose this property

Coastal Comfort is located in the amazing coastal town of Ocean Springs, MS. The home was my husbands home as a teenager and the neighbors have lived there for over 20 years. The large, shaded backyard allows for plenty of outdoor activities and exposure to nature. There are bird feeders, a bird bath and squirrel food that are visited by local species daily. The fire pit area has seating for 6 and is perfect for making smores! The outdoor dining area easily accommodates 6 and is located on the screened in back porch with a new gas grill. The front porch has seating to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon sunset.

What makes this property unique

Unique to our area, Coastal Comfort has a private 7 person hot tub for our guests use during their stay. Coastal Comfort is our home when guests are not visiting and we leave the basic amenities:
Pantry staples: salt, pepper, and basic seasonings, oil, vinegar, sugar, flour
Coffee, Creamer, Sugar, Filters
Hot Tea, Honey
Tin foil, zip locs, garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, air freshener
