Pretty house facing the sea with pool in a private residence

Nice house of 50m2 redone in June 2018. The house is 8 km south of Les Sables d'Olonne, in a private residence facing a creek. The house is composed of two bedrooms (including a mezzanine), a kitchen, a bathroom and a courtyard with a large table for meals. In the residence is a large swimming pool (20m x 10m) and a tennis court. There are 2 single beds per room and possibly a possibility to put a mattress in addition for a child.
A large sandy beach is 4km from the house.
The Bourgenay golf course is 5 minutes by car.

Très bien

Nous avons séjourné à quatre(2 adultes et 2 enfants de 7 et 10 ans) pendant 15 jours. Mer avec plage rocheuse en face et plage de sable à 5km accessible en vélo via la velodyssée, top avec les enfants. Un petit bois a proximité pour balade à pied. Et bien d'autres disponible à l'office du tourisme ou sur l'application Vendée Grand Littoral.Malgré une météo pluvieuse en ce début de juillet 2024, on a pu profiter de la piscine même si un abri aurait été un plus pour maintenir une température d'eau plus agréable mais quand même plus chaude que la mer😉. Heureusement il y a le wifi car réseau quasi inexistant.Résidence calme. A noter qu'il ne faut pas être trop large pour s'asseoir au toilette . Un chateau a proximité avec animations( spectacle équestre et rapaces). Ainsi qu"un aquarium aussi accessible à vélo.

Location calme et bien située

Maison rénovée avec goût, bien équipée, propre et calme. Très bonne literie. La piscine est un plus suivant les horaires de marées. La propriétaire est très réactive et la remercie des petites attentions laissées sur place !

Endroit sympa et très calme

Avons passé une agréable semaine dans un endroit calme , de plus avons pu profiter de la piscine , sympa pour faire des balades à vélo car bcq de pistes cyclables aux environs , nous recommandons cette location sans problème

Très bien placé et conforme à la description

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. En tous points conforme à la description. Idéal pour un accès immédiat aux pistes cyclables et balades au bord de l'eau. Seul bémol, pas de wifi et peu de couverture réseau. Merci à Anne pour sa réactivité et sa disponibilité.

aan de rotskust gelegen apartement. zeer ruim zandstrand 4km verder. zwembad voor de deur.

compleet ingericht appartement waar eigenaar veel vertrouwen geeft aan huurder. alles is in het appartement aanwezig en geeft gelijk een thuis gevoel. bij slecht weer kan je toch buiten zitten onder afdak

Très agréable séjour !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. La maison, l'environnement, la région, et même la météo!, etaient exactement comme on (aussi bien les grands que les petits) l'espérait. La maison n est pas très grande mais est fraîchement rénovée, aménagée avec goût, bien équipée, très propre et fonctionnelle. La communication (a distance) avec Anne, propriétaire fort attentionnée, a été particulièrement cordiale et efficace. Merci. Nous pourrions reprogrammer un séjour chez vous avec très grand plaisir.

Des vacances parfaites

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique petite villa qui a tout d'une grande. Le secteur est top, la résidence est très jolie et bien calme. Départ de randonnées pédestres ou à vélo de la résidence, toutes les villes et plages aux alentours sont à découvrir. Ce qui nous a scotché, c'est cette vue magnifique sur l'océan, on ne s'en lasse pas. Anne est réactive et aux petits soins, tout est clair et sans encombre. C'est de loin, la meilleure location que nous ayons loué.
