Our house is large and very pleasant thanks to its triple exposure and its garden, which gives shade and freshness.
It is located in the center of the village of Canet de Mar on a square in the old quarter, 3 minutes from the sea on foot.
The renovation of this house in 2016 makes it a place that has the character of an authentic village house is at the same time modern, functional and very pleasant to live.
All amenities are first class and the variety of living areas between terraces, garden, bedrooms and living room make it an exceptional place.
Private garage available on the ground floor of the house.

Canet is a nice and friendly village with a nice and big sandy beach. You will find many services on site and can also enjoy the beauty of a recognized modernist heritage.

Très bon séjour

Très bon accueil. Maison très agréable vaste propre avec tout le nécessaire : linge, vaisselle…. Bien située dans le village. Un petit bémol pour la chambre donnant sur le jardin : petite sombre sans armoire ou placard. Idem pour la salle d’eau ??? Mais notre séjour a été très agréable. Location à recommander 👍👍

Bonjour Chantal, merci pour votre commentaire qui met en valeur notre lieu de vie et ce jolie petit village de Canet de mar. Pour la chambre du jardin nous ferons le nécessaire et ajouterons un espace de rangement, mais cette piece est normalement très prisée des locataires car elle est un peu à part et donne directement sur le jardin. L'arrivée de lumière par la porte fenêtre dépend de la position du store extérieur. Au plaisir de vous revoir chez nous. Très cordialement. Silvia et Christian

Location idéale pour une grande famille, deux familles, ou groupe d'amis.

Nous recommandons cette location d'été, d'automne, ou printanière. Belle maison, avec plusieurs chambres sur 2 niveaux, avec grand living, terrasse, jardinet, très bien équipée électroménagers. Maison située en plein centre ville, pas de circulation, à 200 mètres de la plage. Bonne accueil, avec explication des divers électroménagers dans la maison. La ville est sympa, calme, accès tous commerces, restos, glaciers et une grande plage de sable, absolument pas surpeuplée. De plus Canet de Mare est à proximité de Barcelone, accessible par train très fréquent. Vraiment un lieu de vacances pour tous. Location idéale pour une grande famille, deux familles, ou groupe d'amis.
