This home offers a spacious kitchen, large Master Bedroom and living room that opens into a patio with gas grill and fire pit. This home is secluded, bright, cheerful, spacious and is the perfect spot for some much needed rest, privacy and relaxation. From the moment you enter you will feel comfortable and right at home. This home has a NO PETS and NO SMOKING policy. A washer/dryer is provided for your convenience.

"This house was perfect for our family. Fun game table, lots of space, It was very well-stocked and very clean. Communication was quick and easy and there were lots of little welcoming touches. Close drive to all the places we wanted to go and a very quiet neighborhood."

easy place to stay

We enjoyed our time . There is plenty of room and the kitchen has everything you need . The property manger was quick to respond to any questions and very helpful. The house is close to the beach and the grocery store. It was nice to have a quiet place to retreat to after a full day . It was ancomfortable place to spend a raining day.

The king bed room had blood syains on mattress along with, hair, floors and furniture were dusty. The mattress needs to be replaced. I think i got bit by dust mites.

Everything you need

Had everything needed for a long stay. Plenty of room for everyone. Kids had fun in the sand while older kids had fun playing basketball. This was our second year here and will continue to be our go to place for this location.

Nice stay near chincoteague

the driveway is a little hard to figure out but other than that it was nice, I like the secluded area and there was plenty of space for everyone. I would stay there again.

Great time

Property is big. Plenty of room for our group of 11 to eat meals together, play games, and hang out. Hose out front to rinse sand off. Washer and dryer was a great addition. Would recommend bringing extra towels. There is a dollar general, family dollar and food lion right down the street. Would definitely come back here again.

Great Vacation Home

The home was very spacious and had all of the amenities. It is very secluded and quiet and is close to Chincoteague Island and stores. Raj and Brittany were great to work with and always available. I would recommend this home to anyone.

Family Vacation Getaway!

My family and I have been coming to Chincoteague Beach for 18 years now, we usually stay on the island so naturally we were a bit timid of booking a home outside of Chincoteague Island but let me say it was by far our best family vacation yet! The home is so spaceous and the AC works great, they have a playroom with a airhockey/pool/fuseball table and a smart TV great for the kids to play /hangout. The living room also has a huge flat screen tv as well. The backyard has a grill and a bonefire stand. The drive to Chincoteague Island is literally 10 minuets, the veiw is gorgeous on this 10 min commute. There is a shopping center a few minuets down the street with Foodlion, Nails Shop, and Sonic from the home so it is very convinient to go out a grab whatever groceries or items you may need. The home is private and comfortable, my family and I plan on comming back and making many more memories here!
