4 Bedrooms 3.5 Bathrooms - Inc 2 King Bed Master Suites-Next to Disney World

Emerald Island Resort is a gated and security guarded community.
Your Reservation Includes an entrance Gate Access Card for One Vehicle at No Charge. Additional Vehicles will require that you purchase an Access Card for each.
The HOA charges a One-Time Fee of $ 20.00 per vehicle as of 1/01/2025.

Our attached terraced townhome can sleep up to 9 people comfortably.
The total floor area is approximately 1620 sq/ft, and the property has two floor levels.

There is plenty of parking next to the home, and there is a handicap parking spot just steps away from the front door.

Even though we are not a fully "accessible" home, here is some measurements you might want to know.
The sidewalk to the front door has a small 4 1/2" step up.
The front door opening is 33" wide.
The ground floor master suite door opening is 33" wide.
The ground floor master suite bathroom door opening is 32" wide.
The ground floor master suite bathroom walk-in shower has a 6" entrance lip.
It also has three safety handrails and a handheld shower head.

Also on the ground floor is a full-sized washer, dryer, along with another (half) bathroom.
The living room has a sofa and Roku TV.
There is a dining area with table seating for eight and a full kitchen.

Our home has Two King Bed Master Suites, complete with their own private bathrooms. Both have walk in showers.
One is on the ground floor, and the other is on the second floor.

The second floor also has a third bedroom with a queen bed and fourth bedroom that has two single beds.
The main bathroom in the hallway has a tub/shower.

There are ceiling fans in the dining room, living room and every bedroom.

The bedding configuration is as follows:

2 KING size beds - One on the ground floor, and the second upstairs.
1 QUEEN size bed upstairs
2 SINGLE beds upstairs
1 Full Size Sofa in the living room

Children are more than welcome in our home!
Our home has a Strict Non-Smoking policy.
Unfortunately, Pets are Not Permitted.

We provide enough of the disposable items (T.P., Soap, Trash Bag etc.) to get you started on your vacation.

Our home will be cleaned prior to your arrival.
If additional maid service is needed, we can recommend a service for you.

Bring your passwords and watch your favorite shows on the living room Roku TV,
Just remember to erase them before you check out!

Our home is located within the beautiful guarded and gated Emerald Island Resort community.
Every car must have an Emerald Island Access Card from the HOA to get in.
We cover the cost for one vehicle.

Great place and great host. It was exactly as listed. We went to the theme parks during the day and relaxed in the pool in the evenings. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Our stay at this townhouse was a great experience. Reservation was easy to make. Owner provided a welcome packet with all the details on property and things to do during our stay. The property was very nice and my family enjoyed the pool. The travel time to Disney parks was great!

Great Location - Great Place

I've stayed at Emerald Gardens before but it has been a few years. This condo is well kept, clean, and the price is fantastic. Many folks are looking for the closest place to Disney they can find, which this is very close, but they forget that they need things like Target, Walgreens, and other services that aren't at Disney and this one is close to both.

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our time here. It's nothing fancy, but it's comfortable and very clean. We had everything we needed and it was great to come "home" and relax after a long active day. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice place to stay when visiting the Disney parks or whatever you are in the area for. It was very easy to get back and forth to the theme parks each day. We enjoyed using the pool and hot tub at the clubhouse a couple of times too. The owners were very responsive and provided helpful welcome materials in advance of our stay and at the home. Thanks for a great stay!

Nice Townhouse

We were pleased with the townhouse and the amenities. 4 bedrooms. 3.5 baths was exactly like described. We had pointed out a few things that needed fixing and proprty management wasted no time getting things fixed. Super hot in Orlando during our stay but no worries, the air conditioning was working with no problem. I would recommend this place.

Outstanding Owner

The owner of the property provides all kinds of helpful info even before our stay like where the nearest grocery store is and park maps. I was able to plan out our days having the maps in advance. He is also very responsive to questions. We enjoyed playing shuffle board and the pool at the property. The properties location makes the Disney parks easy to access. It was wonderful having 4 bedrooms and the configuration worked well for our group. I would stay again if our travels bring us back.

Disney stay

Mike was wonderful to deal with. Quick to answer any questions you may have and send a packet of information. Some of which is quite numerous. We had a wonderful time. So close to Disney with maybe a 10 minute drive to the main entrance. The pool is a close walk from the house. Two large master bedrooms with attached baths.

Great property, close to Disney!

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay at this property, and hope to return again soon! The owners were super-friendly and helpful in the booking process. The home was large and roomy - we had 6 adults and had more than enough room! The unit was exceptionally clean, with comfortable beds and a well-stocked kitchen. Having a washer and dryer to use was really helpful. The pool in the complex was great. It was a quick and easy drive to the Disney parks - the owner provided helpful tips for getting to and from the parks and avoiding traffic congestion. Would highly recommend this property, and the price can't be beat!

We had an overall good experience at this property! PROS: Good location near the Disney parks, excellent communication and lots of information given, plenty of space for our family of 5, kitchen had everything we needed (we just ate breakfast at the house), we loved that there were fans in the closets as our kids are used to sleeping with white noise from fans. CONS: One set of sheets on one of the twin beds was not clean and we had to change it, less than a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and no extra so we had to go buy some, some areas of the house are fresh & updated while others are older and could use updating

Amazing Wonderful beautiful stay!

My young family of 5 came down to Florida for the first time ever, from Toronto. This place was recommended by a friend. Michael was super helpful, and almost instantly replying to all my questions. The hosts even mailed out a booklet with all the tips and tricks to do in Florida. They also sent a second mail closer to our arrival, with all the key information and passcodes! Our family was travelling for the first time in 5 years with our young children (2 and 5). I was so nervous with the cleanliness and safety of the place. The house was spacious, clean, well stocked with essentials, and very safe! This will be our stay going forward, we did Disney world this time around, looking forward to staying here when we do Universal! Oh, and check out was at 10am, but my kids had a exhausting couple of days. our flight back to Toronto on check out day was not until 9pm. i asked for an extension and Michael kindly did it to 1pm and even recommended places to go chill and cool off! Thank you Thank you for making our first family vacation so memorable, I wish I can give you 10 stars, thank you!

Nice condo

This property is nicer in person than pictures. Mike has upgraded the kitchen counters, sink, LVT flooring and carpeting. The AC works beautifully and the new overhead fans were great in each room! The clubhouse is a 2 minute walk with a nice pool and hot tub. We utilized both daily in the evenings. The adults even enjoyed the putt putt course (free) Mike’s communication is EXCEPTIONAL. From the ease of booking, to a packet with trip tips. ( We used his driving recommendation from the airport and E-pass recommendation for tolls.) His follow up is second to none. Other travelers have noted the creaky floors upstairs. They are definitely creaky! We had a few minor maintenance issues but they were addressed and handled within an hour. INCREDIBLE customer service. There are lots of towels, pillows, and all kitchen essentials. He even has a few strollers tucked away. 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, comfy couches and 6 person table and two counter stools. Publix and Celebration are right around the corner. Lots of good food and you are able to stock up on the essentials you need: toilet paper, paper towels, etc……. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you Mike.

Not what I expected

There were supposed to be 8 people staying, but my son and family changed their minds. We had 6 adults. I don’t know when this place was last rented, it needs a deep cleaning, my 21 year old granddaughter constantly sneezed and coughed dust allergies. The floors were sticky like they haven’t been washed in awhile. The sheets have stains on them, the nightstand in mb had sticky stuff on it. My grandson 18 years old went to use a spoon and the majority of them were dirty and had to be washed. The air conditioning upstairs was terrible, it was so hot upstairs that they couldn’t sleep. The headboard on the single bed was broken. I took a picture and sent it to Mike. This was already broken when we got there. You need to replace the vertical blinds there are quite a few missing., anyone can look in. The lady in the club house was very nice and helpful. Condo is in a great area.

2022 Family Vacation

Location was perfect for our family's Disney & SeaWorld vacation. Grandkid enjoyed the swimming pool on our non-park days and the two master bedrooms works out great. Mike was super nice and extremely quick to reply to any questions we had regarding our trip.

Disney Family Vacay

This place was perfect for us! My family of 7 fit perfect. We were within 15-20 mins of the parks. Plenty of space for all of us to enjoy our time. The pool & hot tub at the club house was wonderful, especially after a long day at Disney. And Mike was very responsive & helpful. Thank you for making this dream vacay even better!

Great host/ convenient location

The property was in a great location in a beautiful community. Convenient location to Disney and other amenities. Mike was a great host and easy to reach! We had one small maintenance issue that we discovered upon check in. He addressed it immediately with the property management team and they had it fixed by the following day! If I had to be picky, the only thing I would address is headboard on the twin beads in the kids room were loose and need to be fixed.

Our full-time home is in West Chester PA, but we try and get to Florida as often as possible.

Why they chose this property

We have five married children and eight grandchildren now. We've been going to Disney World for over 45 years. It was cheaper for us to buy a house than to keep paying for two (or more) hotel rooms.
Gated, and guarded Emerald Island Resort is the perfect place to relax after a full day of vacationing. It's quiet, safe and close to everything in central Florida.

What makes this property unique

Why not stay in a home (Not to mention the two master suites, two additional bedrooms, and loads of other house benefits) instead of cramming into a hotel room? AND - Having your own vehicle will give you the freedom to enjoy your vacation on your schedule and not the bus schedule.
Emerald Island Resort is located close to anywhere you want to go in central Florida.
