The home is conveniently located approximately 10 miles from the Walt Disney World Resort area and 19 miles from Universal Orlando Resort, with shopping, restaurants, and other Central Florida attractions nearby.

EMERALD ISLAND RESORT ACCESS FEE

Please note: Emerald Island Resort requires arriving guests to pay a $20 resort access fee per vehicle upon arrival at the security gate. Payment is made directly to the resort, and cash is not accepted.

After payment, each vehicle will receive an express entry pass for easier access through the security gate during your stay. The pass also provides your household with access to the resort's clubhouse facilities and amenities.

A small starter supply of basic household items may be provided, which can include bathroom soap, one trash bag in each bin, a small amount of laundry detergent, dish detergent, and dishwasher tabs. Guests should plan to purchase additional supplies as needed during their stay.
