It’s time to escape to the mountains! Take a hike in the woods around Lake Wenatchee, then return to relax in the hot tub on the beautiful deck. Have dinner in the Bavarian themed town of Leavenworth. Located between downtown Leavenworth and Lake Wenatchee, this property is across the street from access to the Wenatchee River!

Acorn Studio is an upstairs, studio apartment with two, queen Murphy beds, a kitchenette, and full bathroom. Amenities include a beautiful, covered deck with 65” TV (not available during cold months), fire table, speakers, hot tub, patio, charcoal grill with all supplies, sport court, fire pit, and laundry room. Wi-Fi is high speed and should accommodate most streaming requirements. WE LIVE DOWNSTAIRS in Chipmunk, a one bedroom that has its own entrance. You will have priority over amenities. (MAX 4 PEOPLE)

Amenities are for MAXIMUM 4 REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY. NO PETS, parties, or smoking of any kind! If you bring an animal of any kind, your deposit will be forfeited. If house rules are broken, you will be required to leave the premises without refund. Registering guest must have prior positive reviews, be 25+ years old, and be in attendance.

Please review the CANCELLATION POLICY before booking. It is firm, NO EXCEPTIONS!

There are security cameras outside including the deck, which may not be altered in any way. One in front showing front door. One on side showing carport. One in back showing patio. One on deck showing deck with hot tub.

We do not accept children under 5 years old. Children must have adult supervision on the deck due to the hot tub.

Please cover the hot tub, turn off fire table, and turn off the outside heaters when not in use.

If the temperature is not to your liking, please message us, and we will adjust it. Do not close vents or open windows.

Please do not take items from our home. Yes, we have had someone steal from us.

We had a blast staying at Acorn studio definitely recommend during Christmas time it’s amazing how beautiful it is and how many activities you can do as family or just with your spouse or friends. Mrs Kim was very helpful, always willing to help us and always suggesting different activities depending on what the weather forecast permitted.

Great Property and Great Hosts

Everyone here has probably stayed at a number of VRBOs by now and have a general assumption of what things willl look like; what will be missing or misrepresented from the post etc. Kim and Quinn are the exception to the rule. The Acorn was exactly as it was advertised, very well furnished and was completed with personal touches by the hosts that were above and beyond. Great experience, 5/5 all around.

Relaxing Property in the Mountains

My girlfriend and I stayed in the Acorn Studio for our anniversary and visit to nearby Leavenworth, WA. The property was clean, all the necessary amenities were supplied, and the hostess was friendly and communicated very well. We loved the covered outdoor area which included a spa, fire table, chaise lounges, Bluetooth speakers, and heaters for the cool evenings. The studio apartment had a kitchenette and everything we needed to cook small meals while at the residence. We will definitely be renting here again when we return to Leavenworth!

To start, the hosts were fantastic! We maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process—before, during, and after our stay. The residence was truly exceptional, nestled in the midst of nature, just a brief 5-minute stroll from the river and within minutes of some fantastic trails. The blend of this idyllic location, tranquil natural surroundings, and a rejuvenating soak in the hot tub contributed to making this trip an absolute standout. I wholeheartedly recommend it—100%!

It wasn't evident to me that the property owner lives in the downstairs portion of the home on this property & that the rental included only a very small single room upstairs. Language and images on the advertisement could have made that more transparent.

I strongly object to this review. The listing says right in the Description that we live downstairs. The name of the unit is Acorn STUDIO. A studio by definition is one room. There is an attached, private full bathroom. Photos on the listing are exactly what you get, including showing the room from different directions and with one bed and with two beds open. Kea obviously did not do her due diligence when she booked this unit, and is now taking her frustration out with this review.
