Maximum 8 guest only, Septic system is sized for 3 bedroom structure.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please remove all personal items. Anything left behind has to be thrown away.
Bed sheets and towels please leave in a pile on bathroom floor.
Please run all dishes in the dishwasher. Cleaning staff will empty dishwasher. Set garbage can on the curb for pick up. Please lock all doors and windows.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO PARTIES,NO Exceptions under ANY condition. No grills. Maximum allowed 7 total, no exceptions. You must be an adult and member of the staying party.
Garbage pick up is Monday and Thursday mornings at 7am. No grills allowed.
House Septic system limits large groups. Maximum per stay 8 must be stated in original reservation. Extra persons must be approved prior to stay.

We have worked hard, nothing was given to us. We have saved for a long time to finally purchase a house on the island. What you do not see, this house was in such dis-repair, from rotting sub-flooring to holes in the ceiling. What was not rotten, was just broken. We have been heavily involved in every step of this remodel, even having to learn construction codes. It has been a long two year project.
