My wife, myself, and with the help of our daughter have been renting vacation homes to satisfied guests for over 10 years. We own all of our properties and we personally manage them. We set each property up for maximum enjoyment and know exactly how to provide a great experience.

This condo is not cluttered with personal items and is professionally cleaned and maintained before each guest arrives.

We use all high quality sheets, towels, linens, and mattresses. Every room is furnished with high quality, comfortable furniture. The kitchen is a true "cooks kitchen", it is OVER equipped with restaurant quality dishes and serving platters, Quality pots and pans, nice quality silverware and glassware, a full set of chefs knives, and all the best cooking utensils. Additionally we have supplied a regular Cuisinart coffee maker as well as a Kuerig, toaster, food processor, blender, and crock pot. The bar area is equipped with a variety of bar glassware, ice bucket, and cocktail shaker.

All of the TV's are smart TV's so you can sign into your favorite apps.

From the living room windows there are great views of the McDowell Mountains and just on the other side is a covered patio with comfortable seating.

Fun in Scottsdale

We had a great stay. Awesome communication with the owner. All expectations were met. Only tough thing was the condo complex was not super kid friendly. Probably more of a Scottsdale thing than an issue with the property. Something to be aware of though if you’re bringing young kids.

Vacay and working remote!

This property was great for our winter getaway and working remotely. Nicely remodeled unit, large master bedroom and bath with walkin closet. The owner has thought of all your needs in the kitchen from coffee in the morning to having the utensils and dishes for preparing dinner at night. Peaceful neighborhood, convenient to dining, shopping, hiking and many other activities. Michael was very accommodating and easy to work with.

We are Mike and Susan, and we have an 12 year old daughter, Kelly. We live and work in Scottsdale/Phoenix area, and love to travel and do adventurous activities. We especially enjoy going to Telluride Colorado year round and any beach towns in California. If you ever wish to trade properties in those areas, please let us know. All the details of your stay will be personally handled by us. We use VRBO for all of our trips and understand what it takes to make your vacation or business trip a success!

We chose this property first because of the location. It is located right off the 101 freeway on Shea Blvd which is a main artery in Scottsdale. Phoenix Sky Harbor airport is 19 miles away, Barrett Jackson Collector Car Auction is 5 miles, The Waste Management Phoenix Open is 5 miles, Diamondbacks spring training is 3 miles, Scottsdale Fashion Square is 6 miles, Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter is 4 miles.

The second reason is the floorplan and location in the community. Our home is located in a quiet area of the complex. The layout is such that none of the bedrooms or living room share walls with neighbors. The shared walls are the kitchen, bathrooms, and closets.

The third reason we chose this property is the community. It is a small quiet, gated community of about 100 homes.
