Four people stayed at this property for one month and it was very comfortable. The very large balcony and the view of the beach and boardwalk can't be beat. The location was excellent, making it easy to go to the beach or into town for shopping, bars, and restaurants. We really appreciated the clear communication and fast responses to any of our questions. Check in was easy and stress free. We would not hesitate to rent this property again if we return to Torremolinos.

We got a late deal which proved excellent VFM. The apartment was clean and spacious. Location was excellent. 1 min from beach and 5 mins from town. Two stand outs were Dorota who was there to welcome us. Dorota was quick to respond to any questions via our WhatsApp group that we created. We had an issue with the state of the pans and Dorota replaced them without any quibbles. A bonus was the indoor pool. Whilst a shared space we had it to ourselves most of the time. Would be a nice touch if there was a beach brolly available and a recliner for the balcony. The balcony space was great.

Wonderful Vacation Spot

Our family enjoyed a wonderful vacation while staying at this apartment. It was even nicer than the photos! Large, clean, bright and well equipped. It was in a great location and close to all amenities. We loved the deck, where we watched beautiful sunrises. There are stairs up from the sea front location, however they were easily navigated by all age groups. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your amazing place!

Third time here. It’s wonderful. The location and view is stunning. The photos don’t do it justice! Everything you need in kitchen. Beds are really comfy though pillows could be better - towels too. But these are trifles. This place is just lovely and the whole booking and staying process was managed very professionally by Vesa and Dorota.

The apartment was excellent as it had the best views of the beach and sea plus easy access to both. The access to the city centre is also brilliant. The property is a little tired in places. The balcony furniture is rusted and I was apprehensive to sit on the chairs. The linen - pillows fitted sheets could do with being replaced.

A spacious apartment in a great location. We were a three generation family staying for two weeks in August and had plenty of room to spread out. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is really handy. The children loved the pool and had it to themselves most of the time. The beach, restaurants, shops and attractions are all on the doorstep, so no need to hire a car. Our favourite feature of the apartment was the very large terrace which has fantastic views across the sea to Malaga and beyond. Check in was very easy and Dorota explained everything clearly. When we go back to Torremolinos, we would definitely look to book this accommodation again.

Perfect location with an amazing view

My friends and I were absolutely delighted with this apartment. The beds were very comfortable although the pillows were not enough, that was the only bad thing we could say. The buildings private steps to the beach were very convenient and stepping outside the front was only a short walk into the square, absolutely perfect 👌. Versa’s contact in answering my questions was very good and the agent that met us Dorota was a lovely and friendly even arranged a taxi collection for us on departure. Around excellent experience A++ thank you.

Reservation canceled in the day

I had the worst experience with this reservation I never had. Even if in the app the reservation was always active, when I was close already to the destination, I was informed tha reservation was canceled. I was travelling with my small kids and my old parents and after 5hs travelling arrive somewhere and don't have were to stay. I'll for sure never book with Vrbo again, since they didn't gave any support or assistance.

Your reservation was cancelled 3 days prior your check-in date due to non-payment of the rent in accordance with the terms. Before the cancellation you did not reply to any of the reminders sent to you and, as a result of all these, you left me no other choice, but cancel your reservation.

Lars Jensen

I am a Finn. I have a family of four and all of us like Spain a lot.

Why they chose this property

First I rented this property for several times because of its good location and and fantastic seaview. Then I got the opportunity to buy it for ourselves.

What makes this property unique

Everything you need for a perfect holiday is within reach, but yet the Place is quiet and not disturbed by street noise.
