This just remodel home features 4 bedrooms , 4 baths, The Casa has a pool , mini split A/C 's throughout, spacious patio, stainless appliances including a refrigerator. Outdoor grill.
The tropical, deserted beach just a few blocks is a great place for early morning walks and afternoon sunbathing, if you can tear yourself away from your private garden and refreshing pool.

Amazing Stay!

We loved every single minute of our stay. The Villa is perfect for your visit to San Pancho. Our favorite part of the property was spending all day in the pool/yard and enjoying the views of the sunset every evening. Thank you so much for making our stay in San Pancho memorable!

Great Family Stay

Vilka #5 was a perfect house and location for our family. The house was bright and clean. The decorating had a nice beach vibe. The villa is in a great location at the end of a lane. Nice private site but still a comfortable distance from the great little town of San Pancho. We had a great stay for 5 adults and 3 children. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks.

Hidden Gem in San Pancho

Property was exactly as described! Very comfortable, clean, and relaxing. Back yard and pool area was our favorite area of the home, complete with daily visits from the Iguana’s (hence the name of the Villa). Kitchen was fully equipped with anything we needed, and always love the little stuff left by previous guests that you never think of (sugar, salt, etc .. we love leaving stuff as well). Staff was attentive and unobtrusive, hosts were excellent with communication, and made several recommendations throughout the week for local activities happening in the area!

Bob and Vicky are the gold standard of hosts – warm, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure every detail of your stay is flawless. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel like old friends coming home.The villa itself is stunning: beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly well-appointed with everything you could possibly need (and plenty of thoughtful touches you didn’t even know you wanted). The kitchen is well layed out, the beds are comfortable, and the indoor-outdoor flow is exactly what you hope for in a tropical getaway.Having the golf cart included was an absolute game-changer – zipping around San Pancho to the beach, restaurants, and little shops was effortless and so much fun. And the regular delivery of big, fresh water jugs was such a simple but appreciated perk (no lugging bottles from the store in the heat!).This place isn’t just a vacation rental – it’s a little slice of paradise run by two of the kindest people you’ll ever meet. We already miss it and can’t wait to come back. If you’re headed to San Pancho, book this villa. Wonderful San Pancho house!

We loved our stay at Villa Iguana #5 and with it could have been longer. The house was very comfortable and when it got hot enough outside the pool was great (the water is a little chilly). The town is amazing and being able to walk or golf cart to it all was the best. We had great weather but if it were much hotter we would have liked access to more AC, especially in the biggest bedroom on the main floor. The kitchen was also lacking a few supplies but that is our only complaint. We would highly recommend this house.

Peaceful Paradise!

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa 5 in San Poncho. The casa feels like home. You have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The casa is nicely decorated with a fun beach vibe. The walk into town is short! So, you are close to everything. We loved coming back from a bustling San Poncho downtown, full of great restaurants and lovely boutiques, to our little peaceful paradise! We’ll be back for sure!
