We discovered San Pancho over15 years ago and absolutely fell in love with the town and it's people. We bought Casa Aerie in 2018 as a family getaway and vacation rental.

We chose this property because of its location and constant cross breezes. The view of the ocean doesn't hurt!

What makes this property unique

The second-floor patio is the perfect spot when you don't want to be in the sun (or rain) but still want to experience the outdoors in comfort.
