A cozy, secluded, gingerbread cottage set on 5 treed acres in Sleeping Rainbow. Four scenic minutes from Torrey -- a sweet, tree-lined village just 11 gorgeous miles from Capitol Reef NP. Every room has a great view, including the bathrooms! Fully equipped kitchen. Dining table seats 8 plus 4 bar stools. Rock BBQ. Sleeps six: two queen, pillow-top, memory-foam beds, and a set of bunk beds. Large-screen TV in the living room. Wifi and internet/smart TV.

Perfect home base for our adventure. The cottage was pristinely clean, the kitchen well-equipped, and the views were outstanding. Mia has done a great job anssembling info and guides for the many (many) local attractions, and we loved spending our evenings leading through the literature and planning our next day’s adventure.

The Sandcreek Cottage was clean with an excellently equipped kitchen. Communication with the host was easy and very helpful. The location was beautiful, the night stars lovely, and the interior comfortable and cozy with beautiful window views. For delicious Mexican food, try Chak Balam. We were reluctant to leave this magical cottage.

It was so relaxing to come back to this cabin after our busy days. My kids laughed so hard playing twister. The sky was so beautiful! I have never stayed in a place that felt like home for us, the property manager has thought of everything!

What a wonderful home! Fantastic stay!!

We absolutely loved this home and its location! It was very well equipped, quiet and comfortable. There are lots of books, games and brochures to check out. The home is very close to Capital Reef and walkable to town. We will definitely be back!

Cute cottage

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cute desert cottage. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking after long days of hiking. The view!

Charming little cottage conveniently located a short drive from Capitol reef national Park. This cottage is equipped with everything you your friends and family would need for a comfortable clean pleasant stay. We spent two nights at the "cottage" and will book again if we are planning to be in the area. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and there was a huge internet connected flat screen TV. The views of the rimrock, sunrise, and sunset were spectacular.

10/10 for location and stunning views! Amazing sunrises and beautiful starry nights. Very well stocked and large kitchen. We loved having a kettle and tea pot complete with tea cozy! Plenty of towels etc. High quality washer and dryer. The water supply is from a local spring and is wonderful. Great not having to buy bottled water for hiking etc. Great dining room with excellent views. Very quiet location with a comfortable sitting room to relax after long hikes. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

We bought this cottage because we love Torrey and all the magnificent national parks in southern Utah. My mother lives there as well! We travel all over the world but Torrey tops our favorites list. We have two adult daughters who adore staying in the cottage. You’ll love it too.
