Enjoy the convenience of a washing machine, AC, WiFi, Satellite TV and heating during your stay. Relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea from the coffee bar on the extra large patio in this gorgeous retreat and make unforgettable memories with your loved ones.

Come visit this cute small town we call home. We are located in the heart of Torrey, located a block away from the chuckwagon General store as well as shopping at the local family owned Torrey Trading Post.
We are a five minute drive away from the Velvets as well as a 10 minute drive to Capitol Reef

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put dirty towels in the hampers located in the upstairs bathroom cabinets
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
To check in early or out late please contact host. Pls do not enter the villa early without approval. If not approved a min $50.00 fee charged.
If you have more than 6 guest please message me for approval, there will be a $10.00 per night per person charge for the cost of utilities.
We do have two dogs that are onsite and roam the property.
