T3 apartment of 62 m2 50 meters from the beach of Trez and close to the spa and casino in a secure luxury residence. Renovated in 2015 (electricity, paintings, bay windows), it has a kitchen open to the living room, two bedrooms of 13 and 9 m2, a bathroom and separate toilet.
The first bedroom is equipped with a bed of 160 and the second with two beds of 90. The apartment has many closets in the lobby and hallway.
Towels and sheets provided.
A 5th sleeping (sofa bed of 1.10 m) is available in the living room (bedding not provided).
Located on the second floor with elevator, it has a balcony with a small sea view and not overlooked.
Private cellar on the ground floor.
The first bedroom is equipped with a bed of 160 and the second with two beds of 90. The apartment has many closets in the lobby and hallway.

Décevant
Location située proche de la plage mais éloignée des commerces de première nécessité. Propreté approximative, décoration et ameublement vieillissants (état des peintures et traces de moisissures dans la salle d'eau, revêtement de sol très usager...). Installation électrique qui pose questions (boîte à fusibles sous l'évier) Equipements inexistants (wifi, certains ustensiles de cuisines...) ou défectueux (stores, certains électroménagers essentiels comme cafetière, éclairage...) Propriétaire qui ne se déplace pas lorsqu'un problème lui est signalé. Rapport qualité/prix très médiocre.

Bonjour Sandrine,
Un petit conseil, je pense que vous ne devriez pas prendre de vacances car vous avez passé votre temps durant votre séjour à Bénodet à chercher la petite bête plutôt que de profiter de votre environnement et de l'emplacement très agréable de l'appartement.
Par contre, pas un mot sur votre demande d'arrivée à 14 heures au lieu des 16 heures contractuelles que j'ai acceptée d'honorer en modifiant le planning de la femme de ménage; pas un mot non plus sur le petit cadeau d'accueil ni sur l'électroménager tout neuf de la cuisine...
Vos appréciations sont blessantes et pour l'essentiel injustifiées. Il suffit de lire les nombreux commentaires élogieux que j'ai reçus de la part de nombreux vacanciers que j'ai eu le plaisir d'accueillir.
La question est de savoir si le problème c'est vous ou si c'est l'appartement.
Pour ma part, je connais la réponse.

La communication pour le check-in avec Hervé était super. L‘appartment était idéal pour notre famille (2 adultes, 2 enfants). On a vraiment apprécié notre semaine dans l‘appartment qui est bien situé à Bénodet près de la mer. Merci Hervé!
