Pretty stone cottage renovated 120 m², close to the White Sea, the beaches of Letty.
5 minutes by car from all shops in Bénodet, seaside resort facing the Glénan Islands.
Large garden with trees and fenced, not overlooked, with garage access.
Ground floor:
- A living room with fireplace, TV and DVD player
- Fully equipped kitchen

Relaxing holiday

Weather was indifferent which was a shame. Cottage was good. Plenty of room and well equipped. Garden was superb, bird life was very varied and interesting, lovely garden to sit out in. Owner easy to communicate with and always responded quickly to emails which was appreciated.

Fantastic cottage near to the coast

The cottage is beautiful and set in a very peaceful spot with fields and horses on one side, and quiet residential properties on the other. The cottage is well equipped, very clean, spacious enough for a family of 6, and has a huge garden (with swing) for the kids to play in whilst the adults relax on the sun loungers! The location of the cottage is perfect as it's far enough away from the busy tourist spots but close enough (by car) to reach the beach at Benodet (5 minutes), and nice towns such as Quimper and Concarneau. All in all we had a great holiday and would certainly visit again at some point.

The owner was very quick to answer any queries, and was able to reply in English. The situation was quiet and very close to all amenities, especially the wonderful beaches. The cottage is fully equipped with al the necessary cooking equipment. A wonderful garden with plenty of space and a pergola which enables you to seat six comfortably and eat outside in all weathers. The beds that we used were very comfortable also. We weren’t expecting The Ritz considering the rental cost, and although the kitchen was a little tired it was extremely clean as was the whole cottage. A lovely shower with a powerful large square rose. All in all I would certainly recommend Annie’s wonderful holiday home. Mike & Gill.

Het mooiste van het huisje is de buitenkant. Binnen is het ok, maar wat laag en donker. Op de trap en in de slaapkamers moet je eerst een paar keer flink je hoofd stoten voor je daaraan bent gewend. ‘sZomers zal dat met de geweldige tuin minder een bezwaar zijn dan in de winter. Als het echt koud is (en dat was het) heeft de verwarming er moeite mee de temperatuur op een aangenaam niveau te krijgen. Het is dan noodzakelijk flink bij te stoken met de fraaie open haard, wat overigens wel gezellig was. Wel was het dan weer jammer dat we daarvoor niet het hout mochten gebruiken waarvan een enorme voorraad in de garage lag. De locatie is uitstekend om te genieten van al het fraais dat Bretagne heeft te bieden. Wij hebben er vier aangename weken doorgebracht.

La cheminee ne gardait la chaleur que dans le périmètre autour mais ne chauffait pas pièce.La cuisine disposait de tout le nécessaire. La salle de bains a besoin d’etre refaite, bcp d’humidité.Classement 3* c’est le maximum. ! Le temps a été particulièrement doux, clément et nous avons profité des exterieurs.

Super Ferienhaus

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus war sehr gemütlich, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Lage sehr ruhig , etwas außerhalb des Ortes. Mit Auto kein Problem ‚ viele schöne Ausflugsziele in der Gegend. Der Garten war auch toll und weitläufig.

Eine tolle Woche in der Bretagne

Der Aufenthalt war super, das Haus ist total schön und super eingerichtet. Insbesondere kann man da auch super kochen, es ist alles in der Küche vorhanden, was das Kochherz begehrt. Es ist alles sauber und ordentlich, der Garten ist toll gepflegt und man hat absolut seine Ruhe.Der Weg in den Ort ist mit dem Fahrrad super zu meistern, wer Lust hat, kann natürlich die dreieinhalb Kilometer auch zu Fuß gehen. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt.

Schönes, typisches bretonisches Reetdachhaus mit schönem großzügigen Garten

Das Haus war etwas klamm und muffig, damit muss man sich abfinden. Der Kamin ist sehr gemütlich, das Holz zum Heizen nicht sonderlich gut.

Traumhafte Bretagne

Wir waren Anfang September zu zweit in Benodet und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Unser Eindruck vom Haus und dem riesigen Garten: Genau !Das ist das , was wir wollten. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und persönlich eingerichtet und verfügt über alles, was man benötigt- auch für 6 Personen. Alles war sauber und bestens aufgeräumt. Im Wohnzimmer ist ein sehr großer Kamin, den man ab Herbst wahrscheinlich benötigt, da die bretonischen Häuser dicke Mauern haben..Im großen Garten genügend Sitz-,Ess-und Liegebereiche. Die Kommunikation mit Annie war hervorragend: sehr schnelle Rückmeldung und Infos - herzlichen Dank dafür.Von Annies Schwester wurden wir bei der Ankunft herzlich empfangen. Sie nahm sich viel Zeit, alles zu zeigen und zu erklären. Danke!!!! Alles in allem: komfortabel und empfehlenswert.

Traumhaftes Haus, ruhige Lage

Das Haus ist noch schöner, als es auf den Bildern aussieht. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Garten ist ein Park. Die Lage ist perfekt, um alles an der Süd- und an der Westküste zu erreichen. Die Straße vor dem Haus ist kaum befahren und wird hauptsächlich von Radfahrern genutzt. Wir hatten die Fahrräder dabei und konnten sie sehr gut nutzen. Mit den Rädern waren verschiedene Stradabschnitte sehr gut zu erreichen. Annie ist eine sehr nette und diskrete Gastgeberin, die bei Fragen stets schnell antwortet und bei Bedarf sehr gute Tipps parat hat. Vielen Dank!

Sehr schönes, gemütliches Haus mit wunderschönem Garten, der bis weit in den Abend zum Verweilen einlud. Wir haben einen Schlafraum im oberen Stockwerk genutzt und haben sehr gut geschlafen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, so dass man sich bei der Selbstverpflegung austoben kann. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Ferienwoche.

Nicht so wie erwartet aus den gezeigten Bildern

Anregung für den Vermieter: Das untere Schlafzimmer enthält keinen Kleiderschrank, so dass man die ganzen 14 Tage aus dem Koffer leben muss, der irgendwo im Wohnzimmer aufbewahrt werden muss. Es wäre sehr einfach, wenn im unteren Schlafzimmer einen 2 m hoher einfacher Schrank aufgestellt würde mit Schiebetüren, damit er wenig Platz einnimmt. Ansonsten ist das Haus sehr schön, es liegt schön in einem größeren Garten mit Bäumen, die Schatten spenden bei größerer Hitze. Ein Problem ist noch der Scheck, den man zu Beginn der Mietzeit abgeben muss wegen etwaiger Beschädigungen, die in der Mietzeit auftreten könnten. Das ist kein Problem, aber bei der Abreise bekommt man den Scheck nicht zurück, wenn keine Schäden beim Auszug festgestellt werden, weil keine solche Endbesprechung oder Überprüfung stattfindet, sondern man wird vertröstet. Es würde nach dem Beenden der Mietzeit festgestellt, ob Schäden passiert wären und nach dieser Prüfung würde entschieden, ob der gesamte Scheck zurückgegeben werden könne. Das ist mehr unglücklich, weil man bei der Prüfung nicht dabei ist. In unserem Fall kam 2 Wochen nach der Abreise die Mitteilung, man habe den Scheck zurückgeschickt, wohin stand nicht dabei. Da wir noch für 3-5 Monate in Frankreich bleiben werden, müssen wir uns darauf verlassen, dass wir den Scheck bei unsrer Rückreise in unsre Briefkasten vorfinden werden. Das sollte gelöst werden, indem der Scheck bei der Abreise zurückgegeben wird, wenn keine Beschädigungen feststellbar sin
