Nice location but a few issues to note

Great location nice living space but1 Car parking space unclear2 hot water is from a 100 litre tank that is heated overnight and does not last the day 3 Kitchen extractor hood filters must need replacement as they add rather than remove odours Too much storage space taken up by owners stuff

Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig und perfekt eingerichtet, es fehlt absolut an nichts und der Ausblick in Richtung Bucht ist sensationell.Innerhalb 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man den Badestrand und den Ortskern - der Supermarkt ist ca. 2 km entfernt. Übergabe und Abwicklung waren unkompliziert und sehr freundlich.Wir würden wieder hier buchen!

Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben, was uns gefehlt hat war ein Sonnenschirm, oder eben eine Jalousie an der Terrasse, auch ein Grill wäre schön gewesen. Ansonsten hat es uns an nichts gefehlt.

Bénodet allées st gildas

Bonjour.Le ménage n'a pas était fait avant notre arrivée. En effet des toiles d'araignées un peu partout, les poubelles non nettoyées, le bac de l'aspirateur non vidé, les vitres sales,une partie de la vaisselle sale,etc......Il vas falloir revoir vos méthodes. Cordialement.

Appartement intéressant. Mais il n'était pas propre. Un mélange d'effets personnels, couettes et articles de cuisine, dans le même placard etait étrange. Les tiroirs de la cuisine débordant de couteaux et autres inutiles. Les vitres étaient sales. Impression de rentrer chez quelqu'un.

Herrlicher Meerblick

Die Wohnung liegt an der Mündung des Flusses 0det und hat einen ist herrlichen Meerblick❣️ Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist super. Es ist alles da, was man zum täglichen Leben so braucht. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Das Bad ist toll und komfortabel. Leider ist im Schlafzimmer an der Decke ein paar Schimmelflecken. Ein Parkplatz gehört auch dazu. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern/Vermittlern ist problemlos und sehr freundlich gewesen. Wir können diese Wohnung, welche in dem netten Ort Bénodet liegt, sehr empfehlen❣️ Vielen, vielen Dank Beate (59) und Dirk (68)

Parfait pour séjourner à Bénodet

Une très belle vue mer dégagée depuis l'appartement, au calme tout en étant à proximité immédiate de la mer et des commerces, nous nous y sommes tout de suite senti bien. Le séjour s'est très bien passé. La situation face à l'entrée de l'Odet était idéale pour voir entrer et sortir les bateaux; pas loin du port, des restaurants et des plages (même si cela n'a pas gâché le séjour les poils d'animaux n'était pas les bienvenus). je recommande cet appartement sans réserve. We live in the Paris region with our daughter but maintain a strong link with Benodet where we go whenever we can to recharge ourselves with the sea air, crepe pancakes and seafood.

Why they chose this property

We are very attached to this house that belonged to the grandparents of my wife. She spent all of her holiday there since childhood. The apartment is now living a second life since its complete renovation and our little daughter can now also enjoy the pleasures of this lovely region.

What makes this property unique

We particularly appreciate the exceptional sea views and and the fact that it's just there in front of us, as well as the fact that it's quiet (something you don't find easily on the seafront in a seaside station).
Being in direct access to the large garden of the condo from the terrace is also very welcome as we are not confined to the space of the apartment.
