Our 3br/2ba gorgeous cabin in Piney Flats, Tennessee offers complete serenity, but is minutes away from Bristol Motor Speedway, Rhythm & Roots Reunion, ETSU, and central to all of the Tri-Cities! Boone Lake home. Less than an hour to skiing and Appalachian Trail. Mountain feel with privacy. Enjoy the scenery on the front deck and roast marshmellows by the fire pit. There are 2 bedrooms on the main level as well as a full bath, kitchen, and living room. So if you have problems going up stairs, this cabin accomodates you as well.NO ANIMALS of any kind are allowed. The property is allergy free due to owner's family being highly allergic to animal hair, dander, feathers and the like. This poses a severe health hazard to host's family members and therefore there are no exceptions to this rule. You will not be allowed to check in, your reservation will be canceled and a $200 deep cleaning fee will be assessed.

We enjoyed every minute! The cabin had everything we needed and the view from the deck was great. Very comfortable and private. The fire pit was great and enjoyed fishing from the lake. Highly recommend this cabin. Plenty of space for 2 families. Would definitely stay again! Just Book it if you’re trying to decide!!

Very nice property!! House was clean and the view was beautiful. Only issues I have is there were not enough glasses, garbage bags, and no wash detergent to do a load of laundry.

The cabin was fantastic. Very peaceful and saw an abundance of wildlife from the spacious deck. The cabin was well stocked with everything we needed. The fire pit was just the ticket on a lovely evening. Highly recommend and would stay there again, beautiful area.

Secluded Mountain Home

Vacation and racing

Very clean and peaceful. The cabin was furnished with everything we needed. The property managers were very nice and easy to work with. Our stay was very relaxing which we desperately needed. This was our second time and not our last. Our son and daughter in law came done for the drag races at Thunder Valley. They enjoyed staying at the cabin and the lake. Thanks again for letting us enjoy your property.

Excellent location

This cabin is in an excellent location. Perfectly located between Johnson City, Bristol, Kingsport, and only 15 minutes from the Tri-city airport. It is tucked away and private yet easy to access. It has nice nature & star gazing views in the winter and you can tell in the summer when the lake is full the views would be even better.

Clean, nicely decorated cabin

Loved the cabin! Very clean and well decorated. Had fun fishing at the dock and also enjoyed fire pit area. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Tennessee.

Beautiful Location

The cabin was very nice. We were there for a wedding in Gray and the location was perfect. Allowed us to enjoy the cabin/Lake setting and still be in dri ing distance to Johnson City and surronding areas.

Hideaway Gem

We had a fabulous stay. The property was clean and well maintained. Our host was awesome, super easy to contact her. The cabin had everything you would possibly need and then some. We will definitely come back. We saw deer, rabbits, hawks, and squirrels. We even had a little bit of snow.
