Our place is fully furnished ready for short/long term rental . The place can accommodate up to 10 guests (3 queenbeds, 2 twin and 1 full pull out couch )
It located in quite and nice neighborhood , a few miles from city center , easily access to highway .

25 miles to Clearwater beach

My trip was for work

The property was clean and comfortable. I stayed a month and the host was responsive whenever I needed to communicate with her. I mentioned once that the shower head wasn’t great. She had a new shower head installed within 3 days. I told her the water heater was going out and she had a new one installed within a couple of days. The host was great, as was my stay. Very comfortable bed!
