PARKING INFO
Parking passes are not included with your reservation. You will purchase parking pass(es) upon arrival onsite. Parking passes currently are $55.00 each, but this price is subject to change without notice. One pass is good for all nights of your stay - you are not charged nightly for parking. Parking restrictions do apply in most seasons - please contact us if you will have more than 3 vehicles in a 4 bedroom rental or more than 2 vehicles in a 3 bedroom rental. No oversized vehicles or trailers are permitted.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed in fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bathmats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up at each property like a hotel, so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

SPECIAL NOTES
* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
* No pets allowed.
* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.
* Oversized vehicles and trailers not permitted to park. Offsite paid parking lots available for these vehicles and extra vehicles – please message us for more details.
* No smoking allowed inside the condo.
* Please do not throw items off the balconies. Doing so will result in immediate eviction by onsite security.
* All HOA rules must be always followed. Please review your rental agreement with us and posted HOA rules.
