This brand new, modern townhouse with free parking is the perfect home for entertaining. Groups keen on travelling together will appreciate both the bright, open floor plan on the main level, as well as the personal space provided in each suite.

The entire top floor consists of two spacious suites. One suite features a king bed, walk-in shower, double vanity, television, and walk-in closet. The second suite includes a shower/tub combination and a bunk bed with a queen, full XL, and twin trundle bed. The ground floor offers a private queen bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

Free parking for two cars in the attached carport.

Beautiful property. Be prepared for lots of stairs! It had anything we needed for our week long stay. It is on a busier road so you can hear a lot but it wasnt a problem for us.

Girls Trip 2024

We found the rental clean and we felt safe at all times. The location was perfect if you want to be near the action without the cost of staying down on Broadway. The amenities were great. First rental where there was an abundance towels and wash clothes! The host was very responsive. Great place for a girls weekend or a family get away.

Nice place and great location.

The condo was nice and clean. I enjoyed the firm bed in the master. The size of the bathroom was nice as well. Large kitchen and living room. Only a 15 minute Uber to Broadway. An area in transformation in a positive way. Would stay there again.

Very nice condo. Clear and easy to get around. A few things to note. While there are three bedrooms only the master has a T.V. In all honesty they are so inexpensive it doesn’t make sense. The master only had one nightstand, There’s room for two, that would be nice. Little things can make a difference.

Great home and super responsive host but high uber costs

We loved this house. It had plenty of space for a girls trip with large closets, big bathrooms, and great hang out space. Kitchen was big and had a great island with bar stools for drinks before going out. The kitchen was well stocked with cups and plates and anything you could need. When we arrived there were no dishwasher pods left but I texted the host who was really responsive and dropped them off before the end of the day. Living room was a great hang out space. The tv was easy to connect our own Spotify which made music simple for anyone to play. We took a lot of photos to the left of the tv. The lighting was best there! There were plenty of towels and extra blankets. The washer and dryer were great to have when our towels needed a quick refresh. Overall the house was awesome! The only complaint is the uber prices to this area. Yes it’s only like 10-15 minutes to broadway and downtown if you have a good uber, but the cost of the ubers, Lyfts, and taxis was so much higher than I expected. Sometimes it was upwards of $70 to get to or from broadway. One evening it was $115 from broadway back! There are things close to the house but it wasn’t anything super awesome. It was basically a dollar store and a coffee shop in walking distance. We didn’t venture much more that way other than those two places. Going out spots, brunch spots and shopping definitely require a drive!

Overall reasonable stay. But would call out the following in the summarized comments.

Ants on our honey when we left out overnight. Bottom room bed is very squeaky. Parking for two cars is too tight. Poor trash can setup in master bathroom. Could have used some dish towels. The availability of kitchen amenities was so so.

The property was as described and the property manager was responsive. The property was clean and minutes away from downtown Nashville and the local colleges. The only downside was just one bedroom has a tv. There was however a tv in the living room.

Rental was very cute and tidy!

Very nice property. Only complaints would be the amount of stairs, the neighbor across the garage parking from property was always blocking us in with their car. We where in rental #2. Location was nice but was wishing us was a bit closer to more things to do.
