Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Disliked: Location
The stay was ok. Pros: property was clean , nicely decorated and close to downtown.Cons: The area where the property was located was very sketchy. Section 8 housing and the projects were a block away. We did not feel safe walking outside or to downtown. All the doors in the unit were very creaky. The primary bedroom door did not close. The primary bedroom felt dark and dungeon like and there was no privacy in the bathroom. No door! We felt like we had to keep all the blinds shut because we were on the first floor and you could see straight into the bedroom and living area from the street. Two out of the three nights was super loud with the people staying above us! This was until 3 in the morning! It sounded like they were jumping up and down! It was bad! Sadly I would probably not recommend staying here. We really wanted to like it and I feel the listing and pictures were a bit misleading.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the cleanliness, decor, and proximity to downtown. Nashville is a fast-growing city, and neighborhoods near the urban core often reflect a mix of long-standing residences alongside newer development. Many guests specifically choose this area for its location and accessibility, and we’ve had a number of positive experiences here. That said, it sounds like this particular setting just wasn’t the right fit for your preferences. We also want to note that the layout, including the bathroom design and first-floor positioning, is accurately reflected in the listing photos and description so guests can make an informed decision prior to booking. Regarding the other concerns, we do wish we had the opportunity to address them during your stay—especially the noise and the bedroom door—as we’re always happy to step in and help when something isn’t right. We appreciate your feedback, though it does seem this home simply wasn’t the best match for your expectations.
