Experience the serenity of the beautiful Smoky Mountains as you sit on the covered deck and look out at mountain ranges. Relax in the hot tub, or the hammocks let all your stress and worries drift away or grab a chair and enjoy nature's music. Take the opportunity to enjoy some family, grill out, or sit around the fire pit and make some s'mores.

Poplar Lodge is conveniently located near the Great Smoky Mtn. National Park, Cherokee Indian Reservation, Appalachian Trail, Whitewater Rafting, Horseback Riding, Harrah's Casino, Fontana Lake, Nantahala River, The Dragons Tail, and much, much more...

Family owned business, we have owned the land for 50+ years Mr Breedlove built the cabins as his retirement. Most of the furniture inside Poplar Lodge was designed and crafted by Me Breedlove himself. We love being able to host guests and let them enjoy the Smoky Mountains and make life time memories with family and friends.

Why they chose this property

This rental was built by the owner Thurman Breedlove. It was a labor of love! It is cozy and comfortable and Thurman’s creativity is everywhere from his award winning art work to his custom made furniture.
