The property was very welcoming after a long drive from Greensboro, NC. I loved all the lamps- the warmth was great!Kitchen had everything we needed. My regret- working too much and not enough time to enjoy the front porch or back porch. Next time!
Cute place. Nicely furnished and decorated. Very comfortable beds. Inside was nice and clean. Wish back patio and front porch had been clean. Nice and quiet. We enjoyed our stay!
Property was older but has been completely remodeled. The neighborhood was quiet and safe for walking and close to town. Would be helpful if the fenced backyard also attached to the side of the house instead of being open which would have allowed us to let our small dog out but walking her on the leash was no issue as the neighborhood had a sidewalk. Would definitely stay again.
Enjoyed our stay very much. This little cottage was perfect for us in this well appointed cottage. Very quiet neighborhood. Short drive to downtown and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.
We stayed here to go to our sons graduation at Paris Island and we were very happy with this place and will use it again if we come to town. Would recommend.
My cousin and I stayed here for our annual cousin’s trip. The cottage was just as described. Super adorable with quality furnishings. The cottage was extremely clean with everything we needed for a long weekend. It was easily walkable to Bay Street and all the Gullah Festival and Memorial Day Parade. The only suggestion would be to ensure enough washcloths are provided for the number of guests and number of nights of stay. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Will definitely stay again!
Nice house , cool book about city, no k-cups or sugar or creme for coffee, I think the owner should provide at least 2K cups of coffee per day with cream and sugar, comfortable bed, well decorated too far away to walk to downtown unless you’re a young whippersnapper.
I loved this house and the location was perfect. There was a small issue when I was there and it was quickly remedied. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Beaufort.
We only have good things to say about our month stay at the Cottage on Greene. The cottage was nicely furnished with everything we needed including essential kitchen equipment. The cottage is on the edge of light commercial activities; funeral home, dog kennel, storage warehouses, etc, but is quiet especially after 5pm. We would stay there again.Love Beautiful Beaufort!
Stayed here for my son’s Marine Corp graduation. It was lovely and a quick 10 minute drive to Parris Island. Great location to just relax throughout the hustle and bustle of graduation week.
We were traveling from Boston to FL with our dog and had been on the road for 3 days. This house was the perfect stopover - it was charmingly put together and felt like home with a welcoming exterior and all the comforts on the interior. We would def stay here again. Oh, and a lovely walk to the water and downtown Beaufort. Perfect!
We (myself and my mother) were totally pleased with this cute house. Everything was perfect and we felt right at home. The location was ideal-just a short drive down the street and we were in the heart of downtown Beaufort. I will definately recommend this location and will probably book again for a future visit to Beaufort. We both feel in love with Beaufort!
This is our second time staying here and my husband and I love it. We'd keep coming back. It's perfectly situated--close to downtown and the Spanish Moss Trail. Our dog loves it. We're always so happy to see the Christmas tree up when we arrive. It makes for the best post-Christmas detox!
This little cottage is just perfect for a visit to Beaufort! It's within five minutes of The Old Point and Bay Street. It's in a quiet neighborhood and has all the amenities of home.
It's tiny (a great room with dining area and small kitchen, a bathroom, two bedrooms and a tiny laundry room), but it was perfect for the two of us! It would also be perfect for two couples or a family of three or four.
We loved it!
My wife, Scottish Terrier Skye, and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beautiful Coastal Cottage. It was exactly as described--and even more so. Very quaint, clean, comfortable, and the kind of home you enjoy going back to after the end of a fun day in Beaufort. Everything one would want or need was there. It was relaxing and totally pleasant. On top of it all ... a very good location.
We have previously stayed in this home. This is our second time staying here. We enjoy it so much we recommended staying here to our friends. They were here for the first two weeks in March and they really liked it. This home is close to town, sightseeing and shopping. We enjoy the cleanliness and privacy of this home. Everything is modern and we had no issues at all. Five stars!
We both enjoyed our stay at the house in Beaufort. Liked everything except the backyard. It wasn’t very well maintained.
Other than that we enjoyed our vacation!

We are glad you enjoyed your stay. We have asked a landscaper to go do a cleanup to the front and backyard.
Overall we loved our time here. Beds are comfortable, house is cute, deck in back is great. Would stay here again. FYI the firehall is close and you will hear sirens. There is a dog kennel on the next street, you will hear barking. There is a funeral home on one side and an empty house on the other...both were great quiet neighbors. Easy bike ride into Beaufort. Easy drive to either Savannah or Charleston. Great food near by.
The Gullah history and Robert Smalls story are fascinating
Property was great! The area was very nice and the people were friendly. Cottage was very clean and all in good working order, except the TV. It was very frustrating trying to watch TV that is internet based. It frequently and routinely froze and cut out completely.
We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, the house was very clean and the property manager was very quick to respond when needed. Only snafu was that the bikes were not usable so we rented from University bikes and could walk the 5 minutes to the shop. If going on a bike ride or walk, I recommend checking out the Spanish Moss Trail. The surrounding neighborhood is diverse and I noticed a few other cute rentals on the street, but this one was by far the most charming. Overall, our trip was great...even during a pandemic.
